Vienna International Hotel (Huanglong Jiuzhai High-speed Railway Station Branch)

The room was very clean and comfortable, and it even had diffused oxygen supply. The soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well. The front desk staff was also very professional and attentive. They asked if we needed a pick-up service, but since we were driving, the hotel's parking lot with charging stations was very convenient.

Whenever I travel with my child, my top choice is always Vienna Hotel, and this trip to Songpan was no exception. The hotel offers a high-speed rail shuttle service with a very comfortable business car, and it's conveniently located near Chuanzhusi. The front desk service on the day of check-in was excellent; they upgraded our room for free and even included breakfast. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and it even had a diffused oxygen supply system. Unfortunately, my child suffered from severe altitude sickness that night, so we had to go to the hospital and stayed there all night for oxygen treatment, never returning to the hotel. It felt like we booked the room for nothing. Hopefully, we'll get another chance to experience it next time. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rice noodles were especially delicious. The front desk also pre-arranged our drop-off time for the station. If I visit Songpan again, I'll likely choose this hotel!

The hotel is 3.7 km from the high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive, and offers free shuttle service to the station. The front desk staff were very helpful. For those concerned about altitude sickness in Huanglong, oxygen is supplied in the rooms nightly from 9 PM. It's definitely worth staying here.

They provide free shuttle service to and from Huanglong Jiuzhai High-Speed Rail Station, which only takes a few minutes, and the drivers are very friendly. The room layout and facilities are well-designed and easy to use, and it's quiet at night. Even in August, it gets quite cold in Chuanzhusi in the mornings and evenings, so the hotel's breakfast and shuttle service were lifesavers.

Even though it's a small town, the overall experience at this Vienna Hotel was quite good. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhou, was also very warm and actively helped us solve problems. Very good indeed!

I booked this hotel last minute due to a change in my travel plans. The hotel is great; they upgraded my room and even gave me a complimentary kids' breakfast. Front desk staff member Xiao Ma provided excellent service. Five stars!

The hotel is very new with great facilities, and there's a self-service laundry room. It's super convenient because they offer a shuttle service to and from Huanglong Jiuzhai Railway Station. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was pretty good too. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.
