Doranda V Hotel (Songpan Ancient Town）

The hotel's design is very modern and innovative, and the room generally feels great, with excellent cleanliness. The front desk staff are also very warm and welcoming. I would recommend it.

The hotel's decor is very grand and stylish. As soon as I saw the sign at the entrance, I knew I'd made a good choice. The scenery outside is beautiful, perfect for taking photos and checking in! 🌹🌹🌹

The hygiene is impeccable; the bathroom was spotless with no water stains. The staff were friendly and approachable, not at all cold or aloof. The hotel's decor is also very nice. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

The service was excellent! It was my first time visiting Songpan, and even though it's a small county in the southwest, and the streets aren't as wide and bright as in the north, the hotel service was outstanding. Specifically, before we arrived, we accidentally booked rooms on two different platforms. The staff proactively pointed this out and helped us cancel one, saving us several hundred yuan!

This hotel surprised me right from the exterior – its unique and distinctive design is truly impressive. From the terrace, you can enjoy distant views of the Songpan Ancient City and Weiyuan Gate on the western mountain peak. Staying in this stylish hotel felt almost like a journey through time. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive; for example, the young man who helped with the TV was always on call, and they actively directed incoming vehicles, helping to resolve any issues. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options to suit different tastes. All in all, it was a great experience, and this is a trustworthy hotel.

The decor and ambiance are quite nice. However, the smart home system wasn't very user-friendly. I booked this for my family, and they mentioned that the curtains and lights inexplicably turned on in the middle of the night. I suggest checking and maintaining the system.

The service was great too; if you needed anything, you could just press the call button by the bed and they'd bring it straight to your room. Very convenient! The room was clean and tidy, and on the eighth floor, there were mahjong tables, washing machines, and dryers, which was really handy.

Stayed at this hotel for my trip to Western Sichuan. The front desk service was excellent, the hotel was clean, and they even provided some complimentary snacks. Very good!
