Royal Copenhagen Inn

The place is fantastic. I checked in pretty late and the staff still helpful as they’re ready to serve 24h. The location is in the central city of Solvang and the neighbor really safe

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and service is great but they don’t have a microwave and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The location is perfect for a fun weekend though .

Loved the stay here. It was close to everything so no need to drive and they brought breakfast to your room so that was a plus. And they were super friendly and nice. Would definitely stay here again

This old time motel was a step back in time!A very unique property unlike your usual hotel stay. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our room! I would've liked a bath but a shower will do.

My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night as we were driving up the PCH. Solvang is a cute, quaint little down with lots of good restaurants and nice places to shop. Royal Copenhagen is an old style family-run motel with exterior entrance to all rooms. The exterior is done up in a Danish style and very nice. Everything was clean inside and out. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They delivered the continental breakfast to our room at the requested time and order was correct. It was a nice touch not to have to leave our room to get breakfast. We had one problem with the room. The shower head was not working properly and did not get much water flowing. We arrived late and decided not to report it until we checked out the next morning. The desk clerk assured us maintenance would get it fixed for the next guest. I have one other concern. You have to climb a fairly long flight of stairs to get to the second floor where our room was. If you have mobility issues or heavy bags, make sure you get a first floor room when you make your reservation.

Family of 5, super happy that we decided to stay at Royal Copenhagen Inn. Cosy place with great service. Pleasantly surprised that we could pick out breakfast that was delivered to our room in the morning. Would definitely stay there again! Good sized room and well cleaned.

Every time we come to Solvang, we stay at the Royal Copenhagen. It is so cute and the staff is so nice. You cannot beat the location either. Right in the middle of town, its perfect walking distance to everything. We love this place!
