The location of the hotel is in the city center, although it is a bit into an alley, but it is a big alley. The hotel becomes one with a cafe in the front area. Parking is quite spacious and differentiated between hotel guests and cafe guests. The way out of the alley is full of food sellers. The staff are very very friendly and informative. There is a deposit that I forgot the amount (it seems 100k). Eco hotel concept without elevator. Each floor is provided with a water dispenser. The room I ordered was a bit narrow and stuck between the bed and the table, so I had to jump a bit. But overall it is very comfortable, the mattress is soft, the TV signal is OK, the AC cools quickly, the water heater is OK, and the room is clean

The worst experience on our 1st stay here at the JW Naungan Hotel. The reception have to keep my ID card exchange to the key hotel room (better you ask some deposit money) or make some copy. The room has smell really bad, when I asked to the reception, their just tell me if the smell came up from exhaust fan)
