Sangat mengecewakan,jam cek in seharusnya jam 14.00 tp saya dtg jam 15.30 msh harus nunggu setgh jam..AC gak dingin sama sekali, sprei kotor... msh ada rambut" di bed nya..parahh lah,gak recomended
