The location is not far from the MRT station, quite convenient The service staff are also kind and courteous, and the room cleaning is also very good. The only possibility is that there is no one to serve after 9 pm, and I was not informed in advance, which caused inconvenience and I was very unhappy that I couldn't enter the hotel.

I always like to stay in Best Western Plus Grow Hotel, when I have the business trip to the HQ of our company. I like the location of the hotel and super nice and friendly staff - an extraordinary good customer service level!

We were visiting out daughter and husband and yet again chose the Story Hotel Signalfabriken as our base. Everything was excellent as usual - location is brilliant, great room, lovely staff and excellent breakfast. We'll be back for our next visit too.

The hotel was a little out of the way to be where I was heading it turned out, but worth the extra walk I think. Very tastefully designed hotel that was full of character. If you’re a wine lover, it would be like a dream come true. My room was nicely decorated with plenty of space, breakfast selection and quality was very good, convenient parking outside and very friendly staff. Rooftop pool looked amazing (although I didn’t give it a try) & a small gym was available downstairs. Couldn’t fault it really.

We stayed 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. I was contacted in advance about the earlier arrival time when we came really early in the morning by ship to Sweden. Check-in was promised for an additional fee at 12 o'clock. When we arrived at the place, we did not get this service, because the room had not been cleaned yet. 1.5 hours later, I tried to present my case to another person who worked at the respa, and this particular 69*6 did save our day and the trip by checking us in without charging for that service again. The room was clean and we got extra towels by asking the cleaners. The breakfast was comprehensive and filling. The hotel was within walking distance of Friends Areena. As we were leaving early in the morning, we still took the breakfast bags with us. The person 72*6 who helped us at the respa in the morning was extremely friendly. This hotel have the best beds i ever slept on of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean. Even though there is a busy road next to the hotel it was very quiet. Breakfast was god. Had both hot and cold food and a good selection of beverages. Easy transport with subway or Uber into the central of Stockholm.

We spent 3 nights at this hostel. The facilities were good, the bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. Our room for the first night could not connect to WiFi, we were disappointed about that. But we requested to change our room on the 2nd day morning and the staff are good to help us with this. Everything here are digitalise and convenient. The common area is large and comfy. There are a few computers for us to use. There are also lockers rental service if you arrive in Stockholm early in the morning before the check in time. The location is great, it takes only around 10minutes to walk to the central station.

A relatively young hotel with a minimalist Scandinavian design style. The restaurant on the first floor is very large. It is with the front desk. The room is not big, but we have to catch a plane the next day. We chose a hotel which is a half-hour drive away from the airport. It is convenient. Breakfast, Taxi to airport 380 CZK

Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Full disclosure - I had pretty low expectations coming in due to an unfortunate previous stay at this hotel, but that changed completely the moment I stepped inside the suite. It was spacious, comfortable and luxurious with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows and a HUGE terrace facing the city and Globen. The HVAC system was the best I've experienced in a Swedish hotel (a far cry from the regular Nordic systems that keep you freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer), the water pressure amazing and the finishes stylish. That said, if I were to nitpick, it wasn’t perfect - outlets were almost non-existent, a couple of spotlights were out-of-order, there was no shower gel in the shower, the TV was too small for a room of this size and there was no privacy shade for the giant window between the master bath and the bedroom. The housekeeping staff had generally done a very thorough job, with the exception of a part of the terrace that contained a half-eaten orange from a previous guest. These minor issues did, however, not detract from the overall experience and this suite easily ranked amongst the best Swedish hotel suites I’ve stayed in. The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, easily earning them a full five stars for this stay. I can’t wait to come back to the same suite :)

Upon entry it was clear we had made the right decision. Welcoming staff (to be fair everyone we encountered on our trip was too), room was big enough and bathroom was incredible. Under floor heating when it's -14 outside is always a nice touch. Our very cheap rate included breakfast, fika (snack) and dinner every night. The food could sometimes have been a little hotter, and there is normally only one choice in the evening, but this was fine for us as it was always delicious. A good way to save money in quite an expensive city. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay but the company (nordic choice) had been hacked so their computer system was down, so can't blame them. They had cleaned well prior to our arrival so this didn't impact us much either. There was easy transport links less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely be back
