A member of staff threw my colleagues credit card on the floor because he refused to take payment for a beer and a coke by card. The staff were disrespectful and contrite. I would not recommend this hotel.

After being shown the room and confirming our Covid vaccine was valid, when checking in they declined us and said our documents were not good...they refused to refund and were exceedingly rude to us. We feel that was because they wanted us to book directly with them for a higher price. The reception staff need serious training in customer service...we were turned away with a 2 month old baby and had to pay for alternative accommodation..

We hebben meerdere keren in Hotel Arthur verbleven, meest recent augustus 2023. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en mooie kamer met airconditioning. Goede service. Lekker ontbijt. Ruime en veilige ondergrondse garage. Niets om over te klagen. Simpelweg geweldig. We kregen ook uitstekende tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Een echte aanrader voor een bezoek aan Maranello 😎🏎️

Potrebbe essere anche un hotel carino se non si cerca l eccellenza ma ci si vuole accontentare, purtroppo la poca empatia mascherata da finta gentilezza da parte di chi lo amministra è un grande punto a sfavore di questo hotel dove il cliente non ha mai ragione... camere mediamente pulite colazioni un po tristi. Non ritornerò.

Hôtel correct, propre, bien situé. Grand parking gratuit. Propose des tests de Ferrari moins chers qu'ailleurs. Possède un simulateur de Formule 1, très sympa. Personnel charmant et disponible. Bon petit déjeuner

Punto di riferimento per il nostro Club e non solo, che dire hotel ben strutturato, pulito, accogliente, con parcheggio al chiuso e parcheggio esterno, le camere sono pulite e ben arredate, il servizio e il personale sono semplicemente al TOP, così come i proprietari sempre presenti e disponibili a dare ottimi consigli su come muoversi nei dintorni, consigliando locali o attrazioni da fare, sicuramente da ritornare, come ormai avviene da tantissimi anni. Bella stanza pulita e super colazione a buffet Personale molto cordiale parcheggio ampio e gratuito camera con super vasca idromassaggio TV con canali Sky tutto in tema Ferrari con anche simulatore di auto F1 consigliatissimo per svago ma anche per viaggio di lavoro
