Sport Hotel exceeded our expectations! First impressions were basic and a little old fashioned however as our week progressed, we found that the staff were 5*, the hotel was extremely well kept and clean and that any food or drink that we had was really high quality. I was worried that as the lead in price hotel of the group that we would get a 2nd class experience but need not have worried. Breakfast was great, staff always there to help you find something and superb choice. Dinner in Sport Village was much better than we expected, huge buffet, quality show cooking and the staff from check in to serving ensured a welcome visit with nothing too much to ask and the wine with dinner was excellent - we had some of the best desserts ever on this trip!!! Back to our hotel, yes the lift had challenges and decided to not work a few times at the start of the week but otherwise the bar and lounges lovely. Great choices and decent value, our rooms were really comfy (top floor, 1618 and 1617) . Beds great, shower and bath great and loads of storage. Some complained of rooms being too hot but ours was just lovely and kept spotless by the cleaning staff each day. We would return any time of year and hope to again soon, Soldeu is a lovely little village, we ventured into Pas de la Casa on the bus but it felt it was super big and busy, my wife went to Andorra Vella on the bus another day and loved it. Sport Village amd Hermitage were lovely but so was Village, make sure that you visit La Caleta for tapas and wine.. lunch easy but book dinner and the little place next door to The Harp for authentic wine, cheese and meats

This was our second stay at Sport for a ski week holiday. The location is excellent for gondola, lockers provided being upgraded since our last stay, evening meals always an excellent selection and wine and water provided as part of Crystal package. We were not as impressed with hot food choices at breakfast being cold, especially beans and scrambled eggs, but omelettes made to order fresh! Water pressure in shower left a bit to be desired but was functional and did an adequate job. For some unknown reason a large tv has been placed in front of the mirror in the room, deeming it near impossible to use! Upgraded to Mountain View room and it did have a good view, last stay the bed as facing directly onto the patio doors which wasn’t to case this time though. Bars and shops are all just minutes away! Gym was well equipped, and plenty water/towels and even spare headphones available! We’d stay again as we love the location!

The staff in both the Sport and Sport village are great and friendly at all times, from reception staff to porters and chefs. The tunnel link from the Sport to Sport Village means you don’t have to venture outside when heading for evening meal which is in the Sport Village. The evening meal options in the sport Village are always fantastic with a wide selection available catering to all tastes. New ski lockers situated a short walk away from the hotel are excellent, with heaters and works much better than previous years, giving you warm dry boots the following morning. Our room was in the Sport hotel eaves on the 5th floor which meant a slanting ceiling, fortunately we aren’t overly tall but we still caught our heads several times in the week. With there being windows at only one end of the room, it makes the other end quite dark. With only one small wardrobe at the opposite end of the room it makes seeing inside dark. Adding an extra lamp or some form of lighting would be a great plan. The rooms are kept clean , with comfortable beds Tip – the radiator in the room get very warm and are close the beds. We used one of the blankets to cover it to avoid burning self on it The kids club was well enjoyed by our son, with him spending hours meeting new friends, at times struggling to extract him.

Absolutely the best location in Soldeu (6 stars!), about 20 meters away from the gondola, the ski lockers, and other amenities. The hotel itself is really good, impeccable service from the staff, great view, everything well organised - which really improved our overall experience in Andorra. The logistics really matter in a ski trip, and the Sport Hotel did not disappoint - kudos! The (half-board) meals could have been served an hour earlier (currently, breakfast starts at 07:30, dinner at 19:00). Both restaurants were clean, the food presentation was great, staff (again) was fantastic - the food itself was... all right - no complaints, but it was no match for everything else at such high standard. There is a convenient underground passage for the dinner offered at the hotel across the street so you don't need to gear up for the cold. The bathroom, though, could have been improved with more modern shower, better air circulation, and a better blow drier. Overall very good experience, and would go again!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The staff were absolutely fantastic – warm, professional, and genuinely helpful at every moment. The location is perfect, especially for skiing, and the ski service was excellent, making everything smooth and convenient. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and great quality. The only downside was the music. Unfortunately, the same Christmas songs were played on repeat throughout the day, over and over again, to the point where it honestly felt a bit like musical torture. One can only feel for the poor employees who have to listen to it all day long. A more varied playlist would make an already great hotel even better. Despite this, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return – especially thanks to the amazing staff and overall service.

We stayed with Crystal Ski and had a Mountain View room (1630). The view was perfect as we were able to see the four runs that come back to the village. The room itself was a bit dated think 1995 rather than 2025 but a good size. You have breakfast in the sport hotel and diner in the sport village hotel just across the road (or preference go down to the spa and you can get to diner without going outside. The food at breakfast and diner is like being on a cruise - plenty of choice - breakfast everything you could ever want and diner a signature dish every night and a great selection of salad, soup and desserts. It is a buffet though so food is on the warm/cold side and be prepared to get pork ribs one day, port loin another day, pork knuckle a other day and chopped up suckling pig another (yes heavy on the pork) but there are other choices. The ski lockers are just over the road and there is a warning sign that you may need to share lockers with other rooms when busy but we didn’t have that problem .. it’s a 2 min walk from the locker to the gondola and you are up in the mountains in no time. The down side is drinks are very expensive compared to anywhere else .. and you do have to pay to use the Spa… but other than that it’s a great hotel and a great ski area with mid party apres ski in the resort.

The hotel is wonderful, you can have a nice drink in the bar, enjoy the snowy night in winter, a pleasant place, very nice service, every night I was in the bar to enjoy a drink and enjoy the music and you look through the window to see how it is snowing, a quiet romantic place, I recommend it, very good rating
