"We have a family tradition. Every year for the New Year we go to the country of the soul, Abkhazia. This year we wanted to stay in Dioscuria. We waited a long time for the booking to open and finally we managed to book a room from 30.12 to 05.01.25. But our joy was short-lived because due to family circumstances we were unable to go on the long-awaited trip, which we reported to the hotel a month in advance to return the payment for the booking according to the contract. By the way, we are still waiting for the money, the amount is certainly small, but it is somehow unpleasant when you are deceived. Here is such a negative review about such a beautiful hotel and an unpleasant situation and attitude towards tourists."
