Sokcho I-Park Suite Hotel & Residence Reviews

The hotel is brand new and has a fantastic view. There are carparks within the building so great for drivers. Rooms are super clean and it's conveniently located in town. Honestly a total bargain for the facility and view. Highly highly recommend.

The view was fantastic for the Panasonic view room!  The service wasn’t so good! Anything we requested for like actionable bed sheets cause the room was very hot with the duvet and AC wasn’t helping! They don’t clean the room for the first 3 nights! And don’t discard your garbage!  They aren’t very good at communicating in English! Otherwise the lift takes forever to reach your top floors!

Goood Hotel.For Stay ....

The room was okay, but the elevator wait times were quite long. The service wasn't great, especially since I left my passport and a water bottle at the hotel. I called the front desk twice, and both times they said they hadn't found anything. On my third call, they said they found the water bottle but not the passport. Usually, if a guest leaves something behind, a hotel wouldn't take several phone calls over two days to acknowledge it.

No tea bags or coffee sachets provided, which is a bit weird.  Water pressure for shower is way too weak.  No room cleaning services, leaving alone having your new towels put outside your room in the morning. Only 4 lifts serving way too many hotel stayers, resulting in long waiting lines and thus, time.  Views are magnificient however.  The room is so massive and the balconies are spacious.

nice clean hotel , big space too , nice view too . Near Gangneung intercity bus terminal, but is 2.5KM away from Gangneung express bus terminal also sokcho beach is 2-3Km away from hotel .

I spent most of my trip waiting for an elevator with only four cars in the entire building. I will never use this hotel again.

Nice atmosphere and view ! Staffs were friendly and breakfast was well-served! Lastly, Reasonable price ! Love it :)

Location is okay but the room is super small. Need to pay extra to get toothpaste & toothbrush. Swimming pool is not for free, elevator is a disaster.

Seems like a new hotel & very clean - room include balcony with sea view😍 Location was great too! However, when its busy you'll have to join the queue for lift - which will takes awhile. Only 4 lifts for all guest to use. Other than that, our stay were great.

Good: Very spacious room with great view and a balcony! Bathroom had a rain shower. Walkable to Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion which has great night view. Bus opposite hotel goes directly to Seoraksan. Walking distance to Intercity Bus Terminal. Bad: 1. Front desk. I asked about the swimming pool when it was before 9PM. Official closing time was 10PM and last entry was 9:30PM. Front desk staff told me the swimming pool entry has closed for the day even though it's not 9PM yet. 2. Only had housekeeping once even though I stayed for 4 nights. This was not explained during check in.
