Poor customer service, act as though they really don’t care, exposed wires, lights flickering, aircon not working, windows with full opening danger for kids, smoking is everywhere!! THIS CANNOT BE A 4 STAR!!! Should be a 2 at best!

Comfortable rooms yet furniture are a bit neglected. They don't refilled soap reserves. Breakfast is just standard. Reasonable price. Public transportation doesn't reach directly anywhere in the city so we often needed to use two hops to get to (or return from) our destinations.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, but the AC wasn’t working properly or isn’t efficient, because is wasn’t cooling the room. It was hard to sleep with so high temperature

Worst hotel in bulgaria look at the pics 4 star ? Never ....not even 1 star Service rude Impolite Room stincks Tv broken Never again ask for double got separate bed No breakfast included Far from airport ......not even close like i was told

Good breakfest , near park if you like Morning jogging, good value
Minus -thin walls, whenneighbour next room started to call at midnight his parents in India I hear him like he sits in my room
