Checkin was quick and easy. Property configuration matches many His and other brands. Location is ok, although you seem to be on the service road for awhile before you get to the hotel. Room clean. Furnishings were newer, of common quality, but functional. Finally, a desk chair that wasn’t already trashed when we arrived… The bed was too soft for me, but others would probably like it. Internet was relatively quick and reliable, but the night we were here seemed to be a lighter population. Standard HI breakfast. Scrambled eggs good. Coffee average but better than often bad HI coffee. Not liking this new trend of no one being at the desk for checkout. I like a receipt to at least know the transaction is finished. During the whole time we sat munching the mediocre breakfast stuff, no one showed at the desk.

Looks to have been recently renovated, and my wife and I were very pleased with the look and feel of the hotel. The staff was friendly (let us check in an hour early), room was clean, bathroom was excellent, bed was comfortable, breakfast was standard and good. We booked this through Priceline and wondered what it would be like, since we'd not stayed at a Sleep Inn before. We were pleasantly surprised. Downsides: 1. The computer in the lobby is slow and exited out of the browser I was using to look up restaurants. 2. We smelled what we thought was cigarette smoke in the hallway when we got there, but it dissipated, though it was replaced by a chemical-like smell, possibly cleaning solution or carpet treatment? Didn't affect our stay, though.

We were in town for a youth hockey tourney and this was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the indoor pool. They were also nice enough to let us use a conference room for our group to have a pizza party and also to just hang out one evening after our games. One morning, we had an early start to our day, and they made sure there was breakfast out for us to get before heading to our game. The place was clean and the rooms were spacious as well.
