The hotel in the Slough industrial area, because it is close to the headquarters factory, next to an Indian restaurant is good. The hotel has basically no service and all rely on self-service.

The first stop to stay in the UK, not too far from the airport, suitable for driving. I arrived late and there was no front desk reception. There were guest rooms on both sides of the road and free parking spaces in the courtyard. Breakfast is a traditional English breakfast. There is a supermarket nearby. No merit, no fault.

Though everything was fine with the hotel. I was told on arrival I had booked the wrong room type for myself, partner and 7 year old daughter. Even though on my booking it said 2 adults and a 7 year old and I made a note it was her birthday.
The booking also stated max capacity in room 3. Max 2 adults, soda bed for a child.
There was a pull out sofa bed, but when we got up to the room, it wasn't made, I called to get bedding and was told I booked the wrong room...I said you just checked us into the room downstairs and saw I had a child with me, you even just wished her happy bday! I said where do you expect her to sleep? They said they would move us to a family room but we're too booked. I said I just need bedding for the sofa bed in here, he said they don't have pull out sofa beds,I was confused as there was one right in front of me!
We then eventually at 9pm got bedding Sent up....but no one made the bed, they just dumped in on us.
I also booked a room with a city view? Which we couldn't see-only a roof of a building.
Whilst most things were fine and they did eventually sort us out. With a tied 7 year old after a long day it wasn't the greatest way to start our stay.
I'm not sure if it's a problem the hotel end or the booking via this app?

NN2GWe chose to stay in Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 was primarily for convenience as we had a flight the following morning. There was some up and down mainly due to initial impression from front desk (very rude and unhelpful).

- Front desk was very unwelcoming and rude (had issue with checking in, due to some issue with C-Trips representative payment not working; though we paid and secured room via C-Trip several day before which included an invoice and email confirmation; Front desk did not help and didnt want to assist ”deal with it yourself” attitude)＞ very distressing as we potentially had to pay again for the room (making us pay twice).
- Hourly airport shuttle available but had to pay (should have inform guest, rather than finding out when we got onto the shuttle bus and catching us by surprise, as we would have rather booked a taxi)
- Abit secluded

It is a cozy small hotel, the room is newly renovated, very clean and elegant.
Free parking is available, and there are several restaurants in the town but not many choices.

Really loved the room, location and bit away from the airport. However, really loved the beautiful rooms and almost everything you need right in its place.

GGuest UserLimited bar .service finished at 1030pm. Lift broken so all the fire doors wedged open to provide staircase access. Then no hot water for shower in the morning. We told reception who shrugged and said they knew, queried why no one let us know .to be told they are trying to fix it. Left at ten am. Didn't bother with breakfast just headed home early so we could have a shower

MMr-0001The room is very good, the facilities are complete, and the environment is beautiful. It is a good place for home travel and an excellent wonderland to experience exotic customs. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come. I am really happy about this trip.

UUKrainThe location is very convenient. You can take bus No. 81 to many places for shopping and sightseeing. Bus No. 7 charges ￡5⃣️ There are only two stops to Xiqi Road Airport T5, and the frequency is about 20 minutes. 1 bus is from 07:00 to 23:00 in the morning. There are many places you can transfer to the subway at the airport. It would be ideal if you can have a separate toilet🤔 It is very convenient to buy food at the petrol station by walking about 3⃣️minutes👍
