5 Star Hotels in Sliema

I stayed for several days at both the Victoria Hotel and also visit the connected by the rooftop their sister hotel, The Palace. You have to start with the fact that these are not 4* and 5* hotels. Perhaps they were when they opened 20 years ago, today it is a maximum of 3* and 3.5*. They are simply dated, you can see it and smell it. If we are aware of it, almost everything else is ok: very friendly service (special thanks to the nice, elderly man at the reception), tasty and varied breakfasts, cozy swimming pools and rooftop bar. The quality of cleaning the rooms needs improvement, the location of the rooms is cruicial (avoid rooms from the driveway for deliveries, unless you like to hear knocks and screams from 6am onwards). And the price: if you manage to find an offer up to 100e / day, that's ok, above that is not worth it.

A staycation while living in Malta. The room was not too small, so it didn't feel stuffy at all, and the view of Valletta was perfect! The outdoor pool was especially pretty, and the breakfast was also good because there was a lot to eat.

Great service-clean hotel This is the first review I have written for a hotel The hotel was great !the reason I am writing this review is because of the hotel staff. This was an first visit to Malta and with their help.suggestion and gudisncs we had a great experience. Our room was quite opacious and enough storage for a phot stay.It was another clean .Breakfast was excellent If returning to Malta ,we will stay at The window hotel again!

The original Victoria Hotel was closed for a while and was tied up in a new hotel next door (PALACE). I heard that it is a hotel operated in the same place as PALACE. You must have just been lucky. Ligament opposite the church. The facilities were really good. Breakfast was also dinner, but dinner and taste were delicious in the 9th floor lounge. The view was beautiful. It's a pity that all the pictures haven't been uploaded. There is a large supermarket right around the corner. The bus stop was also a 5-10 minute walk. The people at the desk were kind. There was no problem with staying in Jegicho English. The lounge on the 9th floor is highly recommended (Thai beef salad around 9 euros) Beach sandals and towels can be purchased at a reasonable price at a store near the beach, so it was a place where you can enjoy swimming in the water casually even if you come empty-handed. 我原来预定的宾馆是暂停营业,据说,这家PALACE酒店和我原来预定的酒店(Victoria)?开业的, 属于高档的。 Former Taiwanese 员很热情, 我预定的房间是带阳台的, 房间又大又干净, 属于大又干净, 里面严个述述, 早鸥热情.的公交车站用不了10分钟, 也就是海边,走到哪里都是完美的景点。这家附近有大型超市, 购物也很方便。

This is a hotel I booked for a vacation in Malta. There are frequent ferries from Sliema to Valletta, so it's easy to get around. But if the weather is bad, you have to take the bus for 30 minutes. I saw the infinity pool and made a reservation, but due to construction, I wasn't able to use it even once during my 2-night stay.

Nice location. Sea view is great. But Wi-Fi is almost inaccessible. After an hour Wi-Fi was connected but the connection is super slow. They offer extra speedy Wi-Fi service with extra charge of course

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. We had a ‘lush’ room which is a good size with a nice balcony. This is essentially exactly what we were looking for. Decent value for money and use of the ‘living room’ area as we booked directly was superb? With those comments in mind, this should be a 5 star review. I have however dropped a star due to the following human aspects. We had an early flight from the UK which saw us arriving at the hotel at 11am. Accepting that we were a bit early, we thought we may be able to freshen up or be able to use some of the facilities as we were staying for a week. We ‘could’ have been offered to use an area to change, use the living room,bar perhaps for a drink? What we were offered was to leave our luggage, that was it.. We therefore had to spend 4 hours walking around in UK clothing filling time until we could use the hotel. Noise - the occupants of the room next to ours had no awareness of their conversations being just that and not what everyone wants to hear. They were on the balcony for hours, morning and evenings talking loudly and oblivious to others wanting some quiet time. Nothing I expected the hotel to do anything about so I did ask them to keep the noise down one evening when I’d had enough. In fairness, they did then quieten down. I accept this can happen anywhere but it did detract from the experience as the balcony area was one of the main reasons to book this hotel. The restaurant within the hotel is ‘separate’ which is a strange arrangement. We had a poor experience with service there which I have included in their review. I would though 100% return to this hotel and also recommend it to others. Just however due to the points mentioned, the experience could have been even better.

A quiet boutique hotel in the centre of Sliema . Reception available between 8 am and 4 pm but no issues getting in out of hours through the access pad. room was clean and comfortable,modern and up to date.The pillow menu was a bonus for someone who needs a soft pillow to sleep ! Its built in the middle of Sliema -so a walk down in whatever direction you want to go in on a gentle but prolonged slope. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. A continental breakfast can be ordered but loads of cafes within 10 minutes walk

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Malta! The location is absolutely fantastic, putting us right at the heart of everything, with easy access to local attractions. The staff deserves every bit of praise, being both helpful and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Our apartment was a delight as well—spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malta! - the ferry to Valetta is only minutes away
