Nice hotel with very helpful staff that help and fix everything Price and accommodations is fine and breakfast is good Pool and surroundings are very well kept and clean NICE STAY😃 If you rent a car there is a parking lot just behind the hotel and that is very nice Only thing that can take make stay a little bad is the noise from the road at night. Not much

Πολύ ωραίο περιβάλλον το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και μας άλλαζαν κάθε μέρα πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Καθάριζαν κάθε πρωί την πισίνα και γενικά η τιμή που κλείσαμε τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ φθηνή.Απο το λιμάνι της χώρας 3 λεπτά απόσταση.Απο τις πιο value for money επιλογές στην χώρα Σκοπέλου.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και η κοπέλα που βρίσκεται εκεί τα μεσημέρια είναι ευγενέστατη και πάντα χαμογελαστή. Κατά τα αλλά το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό, το πρωινό λιτό και οι υπηρεσίες καθαριότητας μέτριες καθώς τις μέρες που βρισκόμασταν εκεί οι πετσέτες άλλαξαν μια φορά ενώ τις υπόλοιπες μέρες απλώς τις βρίσκαμε διπλωμένες, η ντουλάπα και το μπαλκόνι ήταν γεμάτα σκόνη. το μπάνιο μικρό και χρειάζεται πολύ προσοχή όταν χρησιμοποιείς το ντουζ καθώς τα νερά φτάνουν παντού και κυρίως στη λεκάνη η οποία βρίσκεται κολλητά με τη ντουζιέρα, το wifi τις περισσότερες φορές δεν έπιανε. Σχέση ποιότητας τιμής μέτρια, με 70 ευρώ το βράδυ έχουμε μείνει σε καλύτερα καταλύματα. Αυτό όμως που μας ενόχλησε περισσότερο ήταν ότι προσπάθησαν πολύ να μας πείσουν να πληρώσουμε μετρητά και όχι με κάρτα χωρίς κανέναν λόγο και έφτασαν στο σημείο να μας προτείνουν να αφήσουμε να πράγματα μας και να πάμε στο κέντρο να σηκώσουμε χρήματα. Το θετικό πέρα από τη τοποθεσία είναι πως δίπλα ακριβώς έχει δωρεάν parking.

Εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες,εξαιρετικό πρωινό,οι διακοπές σας θα σας μείνουν αξέχαστες και ο λόγος τους συμβόλαιο..Έκλεισα τρεις μήνες πριν και δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα ότι είπαμε ήταν σε ισχύι τρεις μήνες μετά.

Επρόκειτο να έρθω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα όμως λόγω ΚΡΑΤΙΚΗΣ ΑΝΑΚΛΙΣΗΣ ΑΔΕΙΏΝ στο Πολεμικό Ναυτικό της εργασίας του άντρα μου αναγκάστηκα Ν ακυρώσω. Το συγκεκριμένο κιόλας κατάλυμα προκειμένου να γλυτώσει την προμήθεια της booking κάνει ακυρώσεις των πελατών στην booking όταν φτάνουν οι πελάτες. Μου είπαν πως δεν θα χρεωθεί η κάρτα μου η οποία χρεώθηκε και όταν τους ενημέρωσα είπαν πως δεν έχουν καν λάβει ακυρωτικά από τη booking ενώ εγώ έχω λάβει email το οποίο λέει πως θα βρεθεί λύση από το κατάλυμα προκειμένου να μου επιστραφεί η προκαταβολή. Αρνούνται το οτιδήποτε και καυχιουνται για το πόσο που χρεωθηκαμε λέγοντας σιγά τς χρήματα που χτεωιηκατρ. Από την συμπεριφορά και μόνο προτείνω να μην πηγαίνετε εκεί καθώς λένε ψέμματα και μπροστά στο χρήμα δε λιγατιαζουν τίποτα. Είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΚΛΕΦΤΕΣ!
