Lovely clean studios in excellent position. Ideal location for plenty of restaurants . Not far from the beach and bus stop .

We came here a couple of evenings for cocktails after being recommended by my husbands work colleague who had stayed here recently in June with his wife. Wow ,they werent wrong about the cocktails,simply delicious !! Our personal favourite was the stinger 😋 The bar area was lovely ,immaculately kept ,buzzing ,friendly and the hosts were as delightful as the reviews say. we always stay in Aghia paraveski but this will be our new go to place for early evening drinks. Thankyou for making us welcome x

We were welcomed quite late in the evening by Martyna with a big smile and an easy check in. Bill and Martyna and their lovely daughter, Katerina are perfect hosts and made it one if the best stays I've had in a hotel. Although small, they have thought of everything including enough sunbeds should everyone in the hotel want to be by the pool (it doesn't happen but its so nice not to think about getting up early to get a bed!). They are always present so if you need anything at all they are on it straight away. The rooms have everything you need and a lovely new bathroom. The maid cleans your room daily and gives you fresh towels. The pool bar food is great and really good value. The cocktails are amazing and a lot of choice. This hotel and the pool was my little piece of chilled heaven within a very busy island. It was just perfect and Martyna, Bill and Katerina would be enough to make me return. Thank you guys for a truly wonderful stay.

We only had a week here but it was such a lovely holiday, the family who run the studios are just the best! we also met some lovely people who were staying here… would definitely go back, we didn’t really use the pool as we like the beach! especially Achlaides bus stop 10… also you are so close to bust stop 15 here and some lovely restaurants! X

Perfect! Amazing views, lovely studios, great menu for food and wide range of drinks including gorgeous cocktails. This a family run place, A lovely, helpful, friendly family. They have so much time for all their customers and make the holiday so special. Also, absolutely spotless. Gorgeous place. We will be back.

Apartments are everything you would expect. What stands out is cleanliness, attention to detail and the friendliness of this place. Such a lovely family running this accommodation making you feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble. Great price on drinks and bar snacks with food simple but very adequate. A warm , friendly , peaceful and welcoming little oasis and a real gem of a place . We stayed here for 2 weeks and could not find fault with any of it . Just the warmest welcome from Bill , Martina and Katerina who could not do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole 2 weeks . Impeccably clean and very comfortable and well equipped apartments and the best pool bar in the area serving great food and drinks , even better in happy hour ! The cocktails are excellent . We met some lovely people , it’s hard not to with it being small and so friendly . Plenty of local eateries and very walkable into Paraskevi and ideally located for bus stop 15 and kolios beach A balcony that you can actually sit on in the evening as the sun has moved over with a lovely view of fields and trees and the sea if you look to your right . We had an amazing break , saw plenty of the island but was always nice to have the odd lazy afternoon or day by the pool . Although we don’t stay at Argento we often go for coffee on a Morning and the occasional meal on a night! Tonight surpassed all others ! The welcome and food were superb! Give it a go you won’t be disappointed!

We have just come back from spending 10 very happy days at these lovely apartments. On arrival, we were given a really warm welcome by the lovely owners and it was clearly important to them that we enjoyed our holiday. Our room was compact but spotless and cleaned to a high standard daily. Great shower, lovely comfy beds, lights, mirrors and sockets all in the right place to make getting ready to go out easy and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool area was peaceful (there were always beds free any time of the day) and served excellent lunches, ice cold Mythos on tap and any cocktail you could wish for - all very reasonably priced. We had some great meals at Infinity Blue next door too. We really loved our time on this beautiful island, we particularly liked the peace and quiet of Kolios and its gorgeous beach. We plan to go back next year and we will definitely book Xanthi Studios again.

We had a great stay at Xanthi. The studios are comfortable and well looked after. The standard of cleanliness is very high. The pool area is lovely and the bar area is great. Bill and Martina are great hosts, they provide good food ( especially the omelettes) some great cocktails and create a friendly sociable atmosphere.

A lovely place to stay! An absolute credit to owners Bill and Martina, who are the most perfect hosts ensuring you have the best possible holiday. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean with an excellent maid service ( thank you Maria). They are comfortable, well equiped and nicely fitted. There is optional aircon and a small kitchen area for preparing snacks etc. There is a modern shower room and wc. Each room has a private balcony with a beautiful view over the green Skiathos countryside. All rooms have plenty of storage space. Pool bar offers a food menu , serving breakfasts and meals throughout the day and evening, open early to late. Well equiped pool area with beautiful views across the countryside. Well positioned for easy access to bus stop 15 where you can hop on to a bus to explore the rest of the island. Also an easy walk to Paraskevi where there are loads of tavernas and restaurents. Kolios beach is a 5 minute walk away for a morning swim if you like. You would be hard pushed to find a more welcoming place to stay. Steve and David 2025

What hidden gem this was!! Bill and Martina were great hosts, always to help as it was our first time on Skiathos. Lovely food and super cocktails. Great location for Taverna’s and beaches. An excellent bus service as well.

We have just returned ( stayed at Theadora) as couldn’t get in to Argento . However it’s on same site . Don’t agree with the review on beds . We never had a problem getting somewhere in the sun , there are many “boomerangers “ which says a lot for the place and Skiathos , however there is loads of beds and chairs ( which can be moved ) All the rooms in both Argento and Theadora are immaculate . The food in the restaurant is amazing ! And such great value for money . Every couple we met was so lovely , we have had a great holiday and can’t wait to come back next year
