2 night stay at HSP. Initial confusion by reception having no knowledge of the booking despite the stay being booked and paid for directly with the hotel itself almost 2 months prior and the hotel confirmed the booking and payment in writing through Mr David. The rest of the stay was enjoyable. HSP is centrally situated and walking distance to most of the stores and restaurants in the town centre. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Toilet and shower bit old fashioned but clean.
