We REALLY enjoyed our stay ❤️. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very well appointed and very clean. The kitchenette in the room was fabulous (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery) and made our long stay easier in terms of meal prep. The breakfast was del8cious and a good range of food was on offer. We also took advantage of the laundrette and gym facilities. Overall, highly recommended. Thank you for making our trip more enjoyable ❤️😁

Check in a bit slow, we booked room with queen bed and sofa bed (for our 9y.o daughter). Upon check-in, attitude was you only booked for 2 people and were “put out” when asked to prepare sofa bed ASAP (just off a 10.5hr flight). Eventually sofa bed was set up (again by a guy with bad attitude). Plenty of choice of hotels around Heathrow so I will use a different hotel next time. This is not typical of service I am used to from Holiday Inn group.

the hotel is super clean and quiet. the location is great, very close to Heathrow Airport, with only about 7mins car ride from Terminal 2, which cost me 16 pounds taking the black cab. you can even see the runway through out the window if your room is in good position (mine is. the breakfast is great too, with many options and all taste good.

The hotel is very close the airport. Bus line 12 and the driver notified me the bus stop right in front the hotel. The english breakfast wast goog with panckages machine really good.
