First night I killed a big cockroach in the bathroom which had a busted lock on the door. The towels were stained, the fan didn’t work, the prices for the room changed arbitrarily during the week, they only booked me for 3 days instead of the four I requested online, so I had to wait til checkout day for some reason to extend my stay, this is a place I would’ve paid maybe $30 for in the 90’s but for some reason these same dumps are almost $100 a night now?! Speaking of dumps, the hallways smelled like farts all week. ***. Never Again.

Horrible stay. Receptionists was not friendly and seemed more interested in talking on the phone. No wifi code provided, difficulty with microwave and clock not plugged in. Bed was not comfortable and security of back door was absent.

The hallway carpets haven't been changed in at least a decade. They are dirty and even the padding is obviously deteriorate and smells moldy.
The rooms have newer laminate flooring.
The rooms are dated few Power options for charging devices.
The mattress is adequate for a one night stay. Had a smoking room and you could tell they clean but again only adequate. The bathroom was clean but again adequate.
Replace the carpets, especially the stairs they are a safety issue.
As a one night stay the property is adequate but I wouldn't have stayed a second night.

When we checked in the room smelled like mildew. Found it was the shower curtain. Exchanged for a clean one. As was letting the room air out by opening windows. Realized the window was installed wrong and didn't lock...was hard to communicate with staff...

Our toilet was leaking that building needs major upgrades it felt like we were gonna fall through the floors on second floor in the hallways

It took a staff member an extremely long time to come to the front desk and when they did they were very hard to understand and unfriendly. This place did not feel welcoming at all from the moment we walked in. It is extremely dated. Once we got to our room it smelled very strongly of bug spray which had us concerned. The water pressure ******. The pool smelled strange. The beds and linens were no where near comfortable. Overall not the worst experience but i expected more for what we paid.

Saw a ********* in the parking lot when checking in . The breakfast was horrible so not worth the cost at all the room very outdated the hot tub wasn’t even warm

The mattress were exceptional. The outside looked great. The employees were very polite, helpful, and professional. The pillows were worthless.
