In general, this hotel was great. i stayed collyer room for 3 nights. Location was good. Room condition was good. Big enough for 3 with kid. We can use 19f pool and living room. Pool is accessible for kids along with adult. Not much things to eat in living room but coffee and hot milk with a few snack were good enough. View was fine as we can see marinabay partially though laser show area was blocked by another building in front. One thing not good was about noise from roads outside at night.

Had another amazing stay at Fullerton Bay Hotel. The room and service are amazing. Can really feel that the management's focus is in enhancing guests' experience as the staff were very well trained and rewards loyalty. I was granted a late check out without needing to request for it! There were even welcome fruits and red wine. Our only issue was the noise from the nearby pubs that probably continued on till 12 midnight. We already closed the balcony door but guess the music is simply too loud. And we could never get chromecast as the queue is very long? Would definitely come back, if my wallet allows

it's my 4th/5th visit to Clan hotel , decided to treat myself hence chose to return to Clan Hotel despite having a previous unpleasant counter 🙂 not too sure if the welcome ”routine” changed , didn't get the tea ceremony this time but not a big issue . got a corner room , the room didnt fail us . everything is great about the room , comfort & cleanliness is good . booked w breakfast , i kind of miss the previous set menu options over the current buffet breakfast .. not too much variety . not too sure if i came late around 9ish , the staffs are less attentive and more concern about the closing time . was assigned to a table , however after upon taking my food my table was taken by another person 😕 not too sure what went wrong , did the staff forgot that table was already assigned or the other person just sat there ? if i'm not wrong we will be assigned to tables but not free seating .. and the staff served our drinks to that table should have noticed why is 2 cups of drinks ordered for 1 pax 😅 i had to ask the staff to reassign me to another table ? 9.30 - 10.30 staffs are more anxious to close the breakfast . food are not replenished as often , recommend to go early for breakfast if you are able to wake up

“Wow! Wow! Wow!” That’s how i felt the moment i stepped into So Sofitel! Sooooo beautiful and romantic as if i was in Paris! Be it in the room, corridor or lobby…especially the room! Loved to see the beautiful ceiling the moment i opened my eyes! Loved the shower! Felt fasinated with the light above me. Pool was fantastic too with awesome scenary! Just next to the Lau Pa Sat, make it easy for us to choose our food. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Service was great. Food selection was not so good and the ambience of the restaurant could have been much better to match the hotel interior. Only flaws in the hotel is defintely to wash all the curtains, cushions, and sofa seats and to replace the fading words of the amenity box in the room.

Overall from counter to room services is great.room is spacious and comes w outdoor seating.only thing need to feedback is while we are cleaning the bathtub using bath tub tap,the water coming out is yellow in color w some black particles.we allow the water to clear.then 2nd time the water is normal already.u may wan to look again on this issues for your future customers who may be using the bath tub. Like to thank all staffs n managements who has prepare the bday setup and slice of cake for my gf. Will be back again.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. Definitely the best hotel/service apartment! We had a great and wonderful experience in this marvelous hotel. Our family of 4 booked the 2 bedroom and stayed from Oct 2022 to Feb 2023 (about 4,5 months) 2 bedroom come with washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave👍 The hotel also provide alternate days housekeeping service (depending on the room number) we would like to extend our deepest and grateful thanks to all the housekeeping staff (Especially to those who service our room -1301) during our stay! On level 9, there’s also a group of very dedicated, friendly front office staff, please extend our appreciation to all of them, they’re always so cheerful and smiley everyday 👏👍 thank you FO team! There’s a Launderette , working space, Gym, swimming pool at level 9, We love to use these facilities. The location of this hotel is 100% perfect! It’s near to Raffles Place MRT station, cafes, hawker center and restaurants are all within the area. Lots of tourist spot (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) are within walking distance. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (around 5-6 to chose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! 🥰

Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

I stayed for a day in this hostel. The check-in process is easy and they let us store our bags and come back. The highlight of my stay is the politeness of the staff with the people staying at their accommodation. Location is great. It is near the metro station, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The facility is well-maintained. Would stay here again if I ever came back to Singapore. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of my bed and the other facilities but it was decent. There’s a karaoke bar nearby but it doesn’t affect my sleep.

Nearby 2 MRT stations and there are plenty of local food at the surrounding area. I like the building itself which is a renovated hostel in an old building. The apartment is in an excellent location. It is between two subway stations on the blue line. It is convenient for eating. Nearby are Nanyang Old Coffee, Ya Kun, Songfa Bak Kut Teh, Toast Workshop, Coconut, and basic internet celebrity shops. The kitchen can also be used for cooking. For food, there is a supermarket in Tangchengfang nearby to buy food. The only bad thing is that the front desk staff are foreigners. Their English is not standard and they don’t know Chinese at all. They often rely on translation software to communicate. In addition, after 8 p.m. The emergencies that occurred were not solved in time. For example, one night after we washed and dried our hair, the hair dryer suddenly caught fire🔥. Because the front desk was off work, we could only call the boss to communicate, and the hair dryer could only be brought the next day. , the two children slept with wet hair that night, and caught a cold the next day. This can be improved.
