Pan Pacific Properties in Singapore

Stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road and had a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just across the street from the famous Arab Street area, so food and shopping options are right at your doorstep. The suite was spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room that comfortably hosted a small 10-pax gathering. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine and Batcha coffee, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a great view of the Singapore Flyer from the room, especially at night. The small 1.1m infinity pool was amazing, with a beautiful skyline view that made it a great spot to relax and unwind. We were celebrating our child’s birthday and were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful birthday cake from the team. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration extra special. The only downside is that there’s no breakfast buffet on Sundays and public holidays, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the stay was smooth and comfortable. Overall, highly recommended.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel's ambiance. Having stayed at hotels like the Ritz-Carlton and Fairmont before, I found the environment here to be very comfortable! However, the room service was a bit lacking. I couldn't get ahold of room service when I tried to contact them from my room! The hygiene isn't as good as the Ritz-Carlton, and the room size is smaller than other hotels. But my sleep quality definitely improved here! So, I'll be booking this place again next time.

This stay was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Everything felt smooth, clean, and well thought out from the moment we arrived. The rooms are compact but cleverly designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area has a great, relaxing vibe (perfect for unwinding rather than swimming laps), and the gym is well equipped. Breakfast was a standout – great variety, excellent quality, and surprisingly calm even when busy. And the coffee? Absolutely next level, thanks to the in-house barista. The bar also deserves a mention for its great food and drinks, but what really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sofia at reception for her kindness and attentiveness. Overall, a place that just feels good to be in – we’d happily come back

Location: The hotel is in a great location! It is very close to several major shopping malls on Orchard Road. Downstairs you can directly access the subway station and 313 shopping mall, various restaurants and supermarkets. There are also two children's playgrounds next to the mall where you can take your kids for a walk. Hygiene: The apartment is very new and cleaned very well. It's just a bit stingy that capsule coffee and body lotion were only given on the first day of stay and were not replenished for the next 6 days. Breakfast: There are fewer styles, but they change every day. The taste is so-so. Disadvantages: If it rains at night, it's really frustrating! Because the raindrops will hit the metal plate of the facade and make a crackling sound. It's really like knocking a gong in your ear all night. It's too exaggerated. Ding ding dong all night. How can it be designed like this. . Unfortunately, it rained heavily during the four nights we were there. We were woken up many times at night and couldn't sleep well. . Other things are pretty good and very satisfied. The air conditioning system is also very good. It doesn't blow on the bed at all. You can feel the wind blowing
