checked in quite late. housekeeping ended work. requested additional blanket via phone before check in date. wasn’t fulfil. on check in date, requested from front desk, said housekeeping ended work, he mentioned if ok for bed liner only. said okay but didn’t deliver. too tired to request again. plus point is relatively clean, minimal stains on bed. maybe the walkway to the hotel can be improvised as it is quite dark although short distance only

This hotel is perfect for solo travelers. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and a hawker center right behind the hotel, so you'll never run out of dining options. 👍 The room was a bit small, and I struggled to find space to open my suitcase. 😆 However, I appreciated that the shower and toilet were separate. My only minor gripe was that there was no shelf in the shower for my toiletries, which made it a little inconvenient. I arrived early in the morning, and when I went to drop off my luggage, they were kind enough to let me check into an available room right away, which I really appreciated. 😊

Place is well located in bugis whereby near to bugis market, shopping centre and hawker centre nearby Room is stated as newly renovated however there is no wifi as stated due to rewly renovated. Since no wifi, the room with projector that i booked is useless as cannot even load any movie. The alighment is also incorrect and even if can watch movie, thescreen is off. Window retro blind is totally spoilt however hotel stated is newly renovated. Bad quality toothbrush as half way brushing, the bristles drop and making ur tooth stuch with them. Will not recommend stay unless they fix their wifi. Plus their andriod box is china so u canot connect unless u have china app that have china mobild number.

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds. The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block. I misplaced something and when I called, they immediately knew which room I was in and what I had lost, which shows excellent coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Thumbs up for that!

I finished my night shift at 1:30 AM and looked for a hotel close to work, so it was convenient to walk a few minutes there 👍🏻. The price was affordable. The hotel slippers cost $1.00, but my size 37 feet found them small. The hygiene was just okay; the bathroom floor was wet, so I had to wipe my feet with wet wipes when I got back to my bunk 😅. The room door was noisy every time someone went in or out. My bunk was on the top, and the ladder was high and difficult to climb up and down 🥲. I tried connecting to the Wi-Fi several times but couldn't. In the middle of the night, everyone was sleeping, quietly using their phones, which was very peaceful. Each bunk had a curtain and a small light. I went to bed at 3:30 AM, and the bed was comfortable. However, my ordeal began at 5:30 AM. Someone started packing, and at 6:00 AM, someone turned on the main light to pack. There was the sound of zippers, rustling paper bags, talking, and the noise of people coming and going through the door. The main light being turned on and off made it impossible to sleep. I was so annoyed and frustrated in bed 😡 until I finally got up. This experience taught me how difficult it is to sleep in a room with over a dozen people. I won't be booking this hostel again 🤦🏻‍♀️.

I originally booked a room at this hotel, but when I arrived, the front desk informed me that there was an issue with their rooms. They asked if I would be willing to switch to one of their other branches, offered to call a taxi for me, covered the fare, and even upgraded my room type for free. The service was absolutely excellent! Plus, the new hotel they moved me to even had a swimming pool, and the cleanliness was also quite good.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Bencoolen MRT station, making airport transfers super convenient. There are several convenience stores and hawker centers nearby, and it's within walking distance to attractions like Fort Canning Park and Clarke Quay, so dining and getting around are a breeze. The room isn't small, but the facilities are definitely outdated, a bit like an old county guesthouse. Overall, the value for money is just average.

Had a comfortable stay at Rest Bugis Hotel. The location is very convenient, close to Bugis MRT, food spots, and shopping areas, which made getting around Singapore really easy. The room was clean and practical, with everything needed for a short stay. I especially liked the bathtub, it made the stay feel more relaxing and added a nice touch after a long day out. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, a good value hotel for a simple, convenient, and fuss-free stay in the city.

1st time trying capsule hotel in singapore, it's cleaner than expected, and nice lobby ammenities. Hot water also available all time, with good water pressure too. No showerheas tho, only rainfall shower. My only problem is that it's hard for me to feel rested. Perhaps I am unlucky, my room single suit pod, that was assigned to me is different than ordered picture whereas it's ”open” on the end side, not the length side like in pics. Furthermore it's at the end of the hall so it felt a bit like suffocating coffin per se. Then on the matter of soundproofing.. very minimum. Earplug is provided, but it wont help with the bumps and vibrations of machines. My room is at the end of hall, and beside the utilities room perhaps? At 6am+ cleaning workers will start, and I can no longer rest in that state.. every sound vibration travels to that ”coffin” bed so yeah.. unless u can treat it as white noise, can easily wake one up. Overall it's worth the price and cleanliness, but next time I will definitely request a different room or ask actual photo of my assigned room first.

Very happy with our stay at Rendezvous Hotel. Kudos to Andrew at reception for acceding to our request and making our stay memorable. Clean and comfortable, great location near to MRT Stations. Will come again next time visiting Singapore.
