Great ambience and beautiful view. So nature and clean environment. Worth to stay and nearby to attractions and beach clubs in Sentosa. Shuttle service also provided to go along the beaches ; Pahlawan beach, Tanjong Beach and Siloso Beach which is also convenient to take bus, train and taxi at nearby station. Easy access transportation in and out from Sentosa Island. Love the seaview and garden view from the rooftop and also just a walking distance to Beach Station in less than 10mins from the resort. This is my 2nd time staycation here and highly recommend for a short gateway and healing by nature in Sentosa Island.

I am quite surprised and impressed by the hotel staff from the time I checked in. The queue is long due to the overwhelming number of guests over the weekend. The front desk staff is friendly and offers to extend the check out to delay by 2pm, which my family and I are much appreciative for the special arrangement. The staff also arranged a complimentary breakfast for my younger kid, as we had 3x paid adults breakfast for the additional support. The room is clean and spacious as it is the same feeling that, we had during our post Covid period. My family enjoyed the short stay, the nice pool where the boys can have fun swimming and playing. There is a new game area near the L1 lift lobby for the board games and table tennis games. My boys literally are down at the table tennis tables throughout their stay.
The morning breakfast is great with varieties of Western, Indian, Asian and kids options. Service is smooth and efficient to get a table less than 5 mins for my family. It is also a great hotel which can get close to birds such as hornbills which visited us in the morning. Also saw a peacock brought her young chicks for a walk near to the pool area and a big monitor lizard resting along the seat area.. So interesting.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across the road from Imbiah Monorail Station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located underneath. It's also very close to the cable car station and Mega Adventure Park, both within walking distance. Universal Studios and Beach Station are super close too – if you don't want to take the monorail, you can walk there in just 3 minutes. The staff provides fantastic service; they helped with our luggage and the front desk was very quick to resolve issues, without any discrimination. The room was clean and refreshing, not stuffy or damp, and the bathroom was spacious. It came equipped with a coffee machine, bathtub, and bottled water. The bedding was comfortable, and we had no problem opening two 28-inch suitcases flat without obstructing the walk space. Overall, a great stay experience.

Disappointed with the Experience – Standards Have Slipped
This was my second visit to Sentosa Village, and unfortunately it did not live up to my previous experience.
Check-in was a frustrating start to our stay. A dispute between another guest and the duty manager at the online check-in counter caused a 20–25 minute delay, with no attempt made by staff to redirect those of us waiting behind to the regular queue. I eventually moved over myself. At the regular counter, one of the staff members barely acknowledged me when I said hello — I had to ask directly if I could check in, after which she turned away and asked a colleague to assist me instead. For a family checking in with a young child, this was a poor first impression.
On the facilities front, the pool area has deteriorated noticeably. Several tiles were mouldy and some had come loose, and the water near the pool bar appeared murky. This is a safety and hygiene concern that management should address urgently.
Room cleanliness was also below expectations — there were coffee stains on the cabinet countertop and stains on the toilet seat, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. The property has potential, but the service attitude and maintenance standards need significant improvement before I would consider returning.

Relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.
Really good rooms with luscious pillows. The tub was heavenly. The pool was packed with kids but enjoyed my time there to sleep, think and do almost nothing. 3 nights.
My only 2 gripes : no smoking room that's enjoyable to be in, and that their coffee is average.
I'll definitely give this a 5 star rating for peace, comfort and joy at a decent price.

Facilities: The toilet isn't a smart one, and the bathroom is a glass enclosure, which doesn't offer great soundproofing or light blocking.
Service: Having Chinese-speaking staff was very convenient. The front desk lady upgraded us to a W Suite based on room availability.
Breakfast: The variety was decent, but the taste was just average.

I wasn't entirely happy with the price. I booked it for over 5000, but on the day of check-in, it was over 4000. Even though I had a refundable booking, there was a price difference of over 1000. I didn't even check at check-in...
However, the staff were all excellent, from the front desk to room service, everyone was very welcoming. Hearing Chinese made me feel right at home!
The room facilities are a bit dated. The toilet in my room was broken, but thankfully still usable... On the bright side, the snacks and drinks were complimentary, which was a nice touch.
The hotel breakfast was good and suited a Chinese palate. I even wondered if it was run by Cantonese people because I saw the Big Rooster Bowl!
For those heading to the island later, you can take the mini-train to the Bay Station, then switch to Bus B for two stops. Hope this helps!

The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness and service were good, and it offered decent value for money. The hotel is close to the sea, making it very convenient to walk to the beach. It's also easy to get to the city center; a few stops on the MRT (metro) take you to VivoCity, from where you can take the subway to the city center in about 15-20 minutes.

The location is fantastic! There's a covered walkway all the way to Universal Studios, so you don't have to worry about rain or strong sun. It's also super convenient for dining and shopping. The room is comfortable and spacious with a balcony, and the minibar drinks are complimentary – these are definitely huge advantages in Singapore.

Upon checking in our stay at Capella Singapore, we were served refreshments. And we were informed there’s complimentary afternoon tea for guests at the Living Room and Pineapple Room. This was one up. I already had a good impression when I was contacted via WhatsApp 2 days before to do an online check in. Throughout the stay, it was a breeze to obtain information, request for amenities, as well as check out of our stay using WA only.
The smallest accommodation room type was the premier garden room and it was at 77sqm! It was more than enough for 2 persons and I really love the space, be it sofa, bed, shower, bath tub, vanity area. The other accommodation types include manors, suites and villas. We had a swim at one of the 3 pools, which looks stacked upon one another. 2 were free form shape and the most private was a lap pool. We had the pool below Fiamma restaurant just to ourselves.
We woke up early the next morning and strolled the hotel compounds, taking in animal sounds and green surround sights. We also walked to the Palawan Beach using the hotel pathway.
Then we had a good breakfast at Fiamma. Breakfast was semi buffet and Ala carte mains style. I recommend the Ala carte mains over the semi buffet items. I had Osen eggs and Kaya toast, laksa, roti prata, all were good, so I’d recommend the local dishes. Thereafter we visited the gym. I’m not into gym but I like the look and the quality of the gym equipment.
I think why Capella is a highly rated hotel is attention to guests. It is the first hotel I see complimentary bottled water with lemongrass scented towel being prepared for the guests automatically while the guests were at the pool.
A towel and headphone were stacked nearly on each gym equipment.

Amazing
AASC1212888Check-in was smooth and quick. The room's temperature was already set to a comfortable level, and there was a personalized small gift waiting. The suite design is great, with a living room, dining table, and coffee table. The walk-in closet is spacious, and the bathroom layout is very practical. The bedding was comfortable and clean, making for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The semi-buffet breakfast had limited options, and the quality was just average. There was a fly buzzing around throughout the meal, and small insects hovering over the fruit, which definitely needs improvement. I recommend providing easily accessible charging stations in public areas for guests to use their laptops.

Great
GGuest UserI was torn between this hotel and Capella when booking, but ultimately chose Raffles after seeing reviews that praised its stronger Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm and newer facilities. The environment and amenities are excellent, truly beautiful, with peacocks and various birds roaming freely. However, the bedding isn't as comfortable as Capella's. The service, while mostly friendly, doesn't quite match the price. Some staff members seemed rather cold, perhaps due to my limited English, which is a communication issue, but it prevents me from giving a top rating. Everything else was fantastic, and the complimentary potato chips were especially delicious and a definite plus!
