This has been the worst hotel experience of my life, a total disaster where every possible problem occurred. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs, do not book here! 1. **False Advertising for Luggage Storage:** The website claims free luggage storage, but it's a complete lie. The front desk only temporarily holds bags for 3-6 hours, and they'll just throw them out if you're late. The advertised service is completely different from reality and is misleading. 2. **No Default Daily Housekeeping:** The hotel doesn't offer daily room cleaning. If you want fresh linens or a tidy room, you have to specifically ask the front desk. If you don't ask, no one cleans your room for your entire stay. My room was dusty and messy after three days. 3. **Appalling Hygiene – Bed Bugs and Bites Everywhere:** The bedding was infested with ticks. After three consecutive nights, I had over fifty swollen, red bites all over my body, causing intense itching. The basic safety and hygiene of this accommodation are completely unacceptable; I was terrified to sleep. 4. **Horrible Front Desk Service, Forced Out After 3 Minutes, Staff Entered Room Without Permission:** Checkout was at 12 PM. Just three minutes past the deadline, while I was showering and completely unprepared, a staff member barged into my room without permission, immediately deactivated my key card, plunging the bathroom into darkness. They forced me to finish showering in the dark. I had to drag all my luggage to the roadside to sort it out; I was literally kicked out of the hotel. There is absolutely no privacy or security for guests. Entering a room without permission is a serious invasion of privacy. The service, hygiene, and promises all failed spectacularly. This establishment has no service standards whatsoever. Travelers, proceed with extreme caution and avoid this place.

overall stay was quite comfortable though you can hear almost everything in the next room. beds were clean, staff were friendly. location was convenient, lots of eatery and hidden gems around the area. if you are a tourist and a foodie, you will definitely be spoiled for choices.

The bedsheets and pillow case are not change everyday. Not hygiene at all. Stayed for 2nights and decided to change another hotel. No shaver and no clothes ironing facilities. No laundry facilities. Not suitable for families and couples. Backpacker should be fine

For a short stay is good, but without windows is very hard to stay after few days. All the time we didnt have Internet connection and for us was a big problem
