Nice hotel. Very convenient. Easy access to restaurant. Really enjoy my stay at Village Bugis

Check in was fast and easy at level 3. Receptionist well mannered and responds well to our requests. Room was spacious and layout is well planned. No robes and room slippers at level 14. Breakfast was amazing. Staffs were at our service and polite. Check out was also smooth and no queue.

I have paid for a non-refundable booking for 2 nights but due to a sudden work commitment, I had wanted to bring forward the dates of my stay (keyword: not CANCELLING). So I proceed to make a date modication request via app (with extra fees paid) but was REJECTED TWICE by the hotel. Hotel was pushing for additional charges and made this modification very difficult. So there you go, negative impression made prior to the trip. On the day of trip itself, check in was smooth with no queue, which was expected as I have checked in late due to the earlier stated work commitment. Upon checking in, I was unimpressed by how dated the room was but was too tired to bother much about it. Decided to opt for the in room dining service, which I regretted. I ordered my food around 1840-ish and chose the 1900-1930 (ASAP) timeslot. Food arrived close to TWO HOURS LATER with no service recovery. THAT'S THE NAIL TO THE COFFIN. Some positive notes: Although dated, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is halal certified. Stunning sunrise view. Great location with many halal food and shopping options within close vicinity. If you're expecting top notch hotel quality service, skip this hotel and consider other nearby hotels instead (i.e: Park Royal Collection).

Firstly, the hotel looks old. Staff is rude. Inside the hotel room, many basic amenities are not working and rusty. Water pressure is super low. Book at your own risk!

Best location within Malay Heritage areas. Spacious room. Reception staff are always warm and welcoming. Speedy check-in/check-out process . Highly recommend for those exploring areas of Arab St. Thank you for the great hospitality! :)

Hotel with large space and excellent location. Near bugis mrt station.

This is an uncountable time i came here.This hotel is very very old.You can see by the furnitures in the hotel itself even the hotel even the lobby is not as nice as other hotel but the staff here all very friendly.Reason why i came here again is due to the Amenities.The poolside floor still have not done anything eversince the last time i came when i reported and wrote about some broken wooden planks flooring that may cause guest to trip and fall.

Greqt location for tourist near some good instagramable tourist spots and easy access to public trasportation. Hotel staff are very nice and can accommodate requests quickly.

Service at front office was amazing but i came to the hotel to celebrate my partner’s birthday and expected to have something ( small deco or smth) but ntg was done up for us :( A simple deco would have been appreciated . The room furnitures and tv was old but room was big. Same goes for the bathroom . Location was great.

Hotel a little old. But nice place to stay at. Clean hotel. Check-in and check out is fast. A lot of eating places nearby.

Service was good, TV wasn't working and called them. Came in less than 5 minutes to solve the problems. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

We’re here for the eras tour. The hotel is one-station away from the stadium, not far from public transport. and it provides with clean, tidy and comfortable environment. One thing to note, we arrived earlier than 12:00, but luckily the receptionist checked us in as there were vacancies. We didn’t use the swimming pool, however, cause we’ve been watching pigeons drinking from the pool. The view is pretty awesome though.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Facilities could have some type of upgrade since it’s evident that these are outdated, but the fact that it’s very accessible to everywhere makes it a good choice.
