Naumi Hotel

Located across JW Marriott. Hotel also near to Suntec City Mall. Check-in is quite fast. Bathroom is open concept. Nice pool overlooking the city area.

I booked a staycation at the Naumi Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. I got the Patio Room under the impression that the patio would be interesting and would offer an alternative hang-out place for us. The initial impression of the hotel was good. There were quite a lot of interesting art pieces scattered all over the hotel. Check-in was swift. The elevator was however a little slow, so a couple of times we ended up using the stairs, which was much quicker than the elevator. The Patio Room was quite a disappointment though. It was small and looked tired. Toilet & bathroom were separated from each other by a piece of partially-frosted glass, so you could essentially look into the other cubicle. Would be quite awkward if one was using the toilet while another was showering. The tiles were a little stained, giving a dirty appearance. The patio was utterly useless - the space was tiny. The swing was badly stained and small, we barely could sit on it, not that we intended to as the cushion looked disgustingly dirty. The light bulbs hanging overhead were not working and some filled with rainwater. I had thought the patio would give us another view of the outside or another space to hang out. NO! Other than being too small, it totally lacked privacy, as guests staying upstairs could easily see us from their windows. There was no view at all, the background was just a pathetic ugly fake plant wall. The bed was fine, pillows were clean and comfortable. Surprised to see even a bolster was provided. An Apple TV was also available, though you'd need to log into your own account to watch shows. It was nice that drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary - a nice welcoming gesture, although similar stuffs could be bought from the 7-11 convenience shop downstairs. Overall, the experience was fine. Location was perfect, in the city and near the Bugis/City Hall MRT station and many restaurants/eateries. Renovation/Revamping of the rooms is long due. Don't bother paying more for the Patio Room (4th floor). Get a room on the higher floors.

The hotel is a bit small but is quite convenient , with lots of food nearby and very chill area.

The staff is very friendly and would help to solve problems. Had some problems with courier service and they helped to sort the whole thing out. The room was mostly clean except cannot unplug the sink. Do bring a water bottle when you're there. They do not provide bottled water, only filtered water from the tap.

Different from usual hotel. Really like the design of the room and the sustainability concept! Room is spacious and can see mbs from the room. Will come back here again for staycay

we both had an amazing stay at naumi hotel singapore. the hotel is very nice n very clean , the places we were heading to was really near so the cab prices wasn’t that expensive the workers are really2 kind n try to provide us with what we need im definitely going to come back here !! you all should come here too :))

Booked an Oasis Room but seems to be a Habitat Room with a bathtub - Room 401. Not sure if it is because I am only staying alone for 1 night. Didn’t confront the staff because wanted to just enjoy my short stay and avoid any unhappiness. Nevertheless, was really disappointed when I saw the room that I had to call the front desk to confirm that the room given is an Oasis Room. Only remembered to check the reviews again after my stay and noticed that I may be the first on Trip.com to encounter such situation. Photos are screenshots from a video that I took hence blurry. The hotel may want to update the photos of the Oasis Room both on Trip.com and their website if there are various types to manage expectations.

No comments for where it’s located. Easily accessible to nearby malls like Bugis / Raffles City etc But a bit rundown for the bathroom, especially bathtubs (with a little stains), as well as on the carpet. It will be good with there’s a bidet spray. Overall wise, it’s good quite recommendable for stay. I think the hotel is also going through some upgrading, hopefully it’s some room improvement.
