The hotel's location is indeed good, but it's not very Mandarin-friendly; few staff speak it, so we didn't really experience much service. The room size is quite reasonable, and I didn't try the breakfast, so no comment there. The pool is great; it's mostly shaded in the morning. There were quite a few downsides though. I had requested a room away from the elevator, but when I checked in at 5 PM, I was told the only available room was right by the elevator, or I'd have to wait another hour. I don't really understand why; I paid a lot of money just to sleep. If I had arrived early, fair enough, but checking in after 5 PM and still getting that situation felt like I had no priority whatsoever. I'm not sure what kind of room was above me, but it definitely didn't sound like someone was living there. There were constant banging noises and things being moved around, even at 3 AM.

I had a wonderful stay, and the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the Premier Suite. Truly one of the best I’ve experienced. However, the Club Lounge experience could be improved. While the five daily culinary presentations were a nice touch, the variety was quite limited. I would have appreciated a wider selection of dishes to enhance the overall experience.

The Ritz's hardware is far superior to its service. The hotel views are also fantastic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety worth trying. Hands down the best Ritz-Carlton experience I've ever had. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful, quick, and efficient. This Ritz-Carlton made me fall in love with Singapore! Everything was great except for the long wait at the front desk during check-in. Even though the hotel hasn't been renovated yet, it's very well-maintained and clean, plus the room size is quite spacious, especially when compared to the Culture Hotel next door.

The location in Marina Bay is truly superb, right next to The Fullerton Hotel. However, the hotel is decades old. Even with renovations, the aged feel still lingers. That said, the furniture is quite sturdy, having withstood the test of time. The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, as expected in a five-star hotel, and the room amenities are genuine, unlike the watered-down, relabeled cheap versions often found in many hotels back home 😬. The breakfast offers a diverse selection catering to global tastes, and the ingredients and preparation are definitely top-notch. The service was excellent! They decorated my room for my birthday after finding out, and even surprised me with sparkling wine, a plush toy, and dessert. The room was spacious, but the facilities felt a bit dated. Breakfast was just okay, not quite up to the standard of Marriott hotels back home. The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd definitely come back.

Came here for the 'Les Misérables' musical at the Sands Theatre. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Marina Bay Sands. We stayed at the Ritz for one night with our children. Although the stay started off well, we encountered a troubling incident in the lounge during dinner where some staff were rude and we felt discriminated against. Excellent stay, definitely recommend! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Marina Bay, making getting around a breeze. I'm always impressed with the service at the Ritz! It was only about ten Singapore dollars for a ride-hailing car from the airport, and what's really amazing is that the lady at the door knew my last name the moment I stepped out of the car. My room had plenty of bottled water and a complimentary mini-cake. I guess they didn't notice my note before check-in, so there was no greeting card initially. But then I went to Marina Bay Sands, came back, and they'd sent another cake with a card attached! 🥹 The breakfast was decent, nothing as amazing as some people say, but the variety was quite good with dishes from various Asian cuisines. I'd give the taste a 6 out of 10 (the oatmeal cup was delicious!). All in all, I'd definitely stay here again.
