The room that I booked is actually mixed with everyone so I asked to the receptionist to put me in all the girls I add a bit but it's worth it coz that time 2 of us only in the room not too much noise...just suggestions about off and on of aircon I hope next time it should be on time because it's hot inside without aircon but I had a nice stay thank u soo much for the very approachable receptionist good job...🫡🫰

Allergic comes out due to dirty bed during stay. Another traveller also got same response. Bath door is suck and broken. Unresponsive receptionist due to no reply on emergency call. Should not even call emergency contact if no reply. I said one more extra day to receptionist and she said noted but she already gave to another person when I came back. If my extra day booking cannot proceed she should have informed to me before I came back, instead no reply even I called several times. I waited until she reply then already late to book another place because midnight time. Never come back
