Cleanliness needs to be improved especially toilet and room floor. Counter service is lacklustre. Lack of cable tv channels.

To me this hotel booking is cheap for 3adult and 1baby ,we stay for 3night and $445
Very clean ,even evday they change towels.bedsheets and mineral water ,shampoo and ect,, I love the rooms very much ,,will be continue stay for my next trip on the December Christmas for more then a week,,
Very convenient place. ,nearest restaurant indian,cheers and also convenient to take bus mrt to every why ,,so to me this is the best hotel that I like more ,,thanks 🥰🥰🥰

My friend complain the place money face for Everything charge except their salary they never talk how good it is. My friend was super angry with the receptionist and say the receptionist over charge wanted her to come back return their over charge and when my friend say ok, they still wanted her to pay her overcharge for her withdrawl of money say they will calculate according her charge. Though known us for regular return guest, treat us like a piece of ****, always joking in the public like illegal activity is accepted in singapore....just saying but if you guys understand then it is it. Anyway it is what it is value hotel "value" people hired as for the value you guys determine according to your stay. But for rude staff, i deem overcharging value. Sorry just my opinion.
