Great location, well-equipped room with a bathtub, which was a nice touch. The view was absolutely amazing, but the windows were quite dirty. It looked fine to the naked eye, but pictures came out blurry. It was a connecting room, and the door to the next room offered no sound insulation whatsoever. It sounded like the kid next door was crying right in my own room… Overall, I'd recommend it if you're staying in this room type and aren't sensitive to noise.

You can check in at the front desk on the L floor in advance, then store your luggage on the ground floor lobby and go out to explore. Come back after 3 PM to pick up your room key, and staff will deliver your luggage to your room. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The room air conditioning is very noisy. Even with it on the lowest setting and wearing noise-canceling earbuds, it's still very loud. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to popular attractions like the 'tree hole' (Gardens by the Bay Supertrees) and Merlion, all within walking distance. It's also very convenient to get to Universal Studios, taking only about half an hour.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. All the best food, attractions, and amenities are right around the hotel (Ya Kun Kaya Toast, Jumbo Seafood, Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, Merlion Park, Old Hill Street Police Station, and affordable supermarkets). I stayed in the South Tower and didn't have to pay a deposit. The hotel front desk staff spoke Chinese. The fire station downstairs didn't disturb my sleep at night, and I could even see Marina Bay Sands from my 10th-floor window. This will definitely be my first choice hotel again next time! 🏨

The hotel's location is excellent. City Hall MRT station is right across the street, and Raffles City is just a short walk away. Merlion Park is also conveniently located about 800 meters from the hotel, all within a very suitable distance. Both the hotel's facilities and services are good, and the breakfast is extensive with many options to suit different preferences.

1. Location: The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, very close to City Hall MRT station. You can take the underground D exit directly to Funan Mall, and the hotel is right next door once you surface. You can walk or take the MRT to any attraction in the city. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach the National Gallery, National Museum, Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park. The MRT takes you to Chinatown, Little India, and Kampong Glam, among other places. 2. Environment and Facilities: We chose a premium bay view room in the South Tower on a higher floor, specifically to avoid the dampness issue in the North Tower next to the fire station that some reviews mentioned. A big shout-out to the front desk (we happened to encounter a staff member who spoke Chinese); their attitude was excellent, and our request for a quiet room was met to the fullest extent possible. As for the room's interior, it's up to the standard of a traditional, established five-star hotel. The bathroom is a bit small and there's no bathtub, but the view outside the window is fantastic! You can see the entire bay, including a distant view of the Merlion.

The location is great, close to various attractions and two subway stations. There are many shopping malls nearby, and the streets are lively. Check-in was smooth, the front desk staff were easy to communicate with, and the room was quite spacious. However, the room's cleanliness was terrible! Used cups weren't washed, and the capsule coffee wasn't refilled. Toothpaste wasn't replaced in the bathroom, and items weren't put back in their place. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, and the shower door didn't close properly, causing water to overflow.

I chose this hotel specifically for its location, and it didn't disappoint. It's just a short walk, literally one traffic light away, from City Hall, which was incredibly convenient. The check-in process was also very simple, making for a smooth experience overall. The pool was a great amenity, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

This hotel offers great value for money, especially given its location. The concierge service was excellent; they were very helpful and even assisted with receiving a gift delivery from a friend. Plus, there's an electronics market right next door, which is super convenient for shopping.
