Excellent service by the concierge, cleaning staff and breakfast staff. Apartment is located at a very convenient place, easily accessible by different mrt lines as well as buses. The apartment itself is spacious (2 bedroom apartment) and the layout of the apartment afforded us enough privacy for occupants in the 2 rooms and at the same time, space in the living area for bonding sessions. Breakfast provided on weekdays are okay, nothing to shout about. One downside of staying there is the lack of facilities, no swimming pool and a small gym. Overall, this is a great place for a short stay away from home.

great and polite housekeepers! free breakfast are really decent. but the curtains in the room are really old and it's very difficult to draw them up but it's not really a big deal decent size for 1 pax

This is a hotel with indifference, no integrity and staff who are full of lies. We booked two identical room types through Ctrip, staying for one month and one week respectively, and the hotel gave two rooms on different floors and one was bigger than the other (the room for one week was bigger). So we asked the front desk to exchange the check-in period of the two rooms. The front desk agreed and took our documents for exchange. However, after a few days of check-in, the hotel called and informed us that we would check out the larger one according to the length of stay for one week. We were very surprised and wonder why the hotel backtracked on what was promised. So I patiently explained that we booked two identical room types, so no matter which one we checked out after a week, it would be the same, and the hotel staff replied: We never promised you, I refuse you. I further explained that because we have to live for a month and it is very inconvenient to carry all the luggage when there are old people and children, I hope the hotel can abide by the previous promise. At this time, the hotel staff actually started to lie, claiming that the floor where I live will be repaired and the air conditioner will be unoccupied from next week. This is obviously a lie. How should the hotel arrange for guests on this entire floor? Seeing that I exposed her lie, The staff member continued to say that the big room I live in will be arranged for corporate customers next week. I asked whether individual customers should be discriminated against. Then her answer was even more ridiculous. She said that future guests would know What is the number of the room I stayed in? How is this possible? After repeated communication to no avail, the hotel stopped communicating with me and sent an email to Ctrip, saying that we requested an extension of stay but the hotel had no room, completely ignoring the fact that we had booked two rooms, and there was no such thing as an extension of stay. After that, Ctrip intervened to communicate with the hotel, but the hotel still had a tough attitude. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never seen anything like this. The hotel not only has no integrity, but also treats different groups of people very differently. For example, when receiving Western guests, the porter will unload the luggage from the car and carry it in the door, while our luggage will be delivered to the room after being urged. Advise all Chinese guests to avoid this hotel, otherwise you will get "extraordinary" treatment.
