1. Booked 2 rooms and came in at 2.45pm and was given only 1 room at 3pm. The 2nd room was given to me at 5pm without any form of apology. The receptionist was nice but the Manager was nasty. Apparently she had to check the room before it can be issued. As a Manager, she is not even wearing any name tag.
2. Upon check out, I had to fill up the feedback from right infront of the Manager before they refund the deposit which I guess only happens in this Hotel. What if I give a bad review ? will they find reasons to hold back my deposit. Please have a QR code for feedback and should be anonymous and not written infront of the Managers face.
3. The 2nd room issued to me had a bad smell and I dont think any guest would be happy to stay there. ( Room 307 )
4. I have booked this Hotel since Covid days and never had such issues. Please review the performance of the Manager or Supervisor. I could only see the Receptionist Indian Girl Smile. The Manager left her smile at home and came to work.
5. If not ready to serve customers, then she should resign and stay at home. Not ruin our day. Unsure if she was Filipino or Malay.
