Resorts World Sentosa - Crockfords Tower

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I personally found the location very convenient; it's just a 1-2 minute walk to the light rail station and Universal Studios. However, its convenience truly depends on your itinerary; if you're planning to visit the beach area, you'll need to travel an additional two stops. What I appreciated most was that there aren't many rooms per floor (if I recall correctly, only about ten rooms on each floor). This meant elevator waits were short, and the corridors weren't noisy; I rarely heard loud conversations from people passing by.

We stayed in a suite, which is not small in Singapore, but it is a little different from the room price of more than 4,000. After all, breakfast is not included. Of course, the mini bar is free. The service is not timely, and there are no slippers for children. Fortunately, the staff is warm and friendly. The swimming pool is not big, but it can meet the needs. The advantage is the excellent location. Universal Studios, Water Park and Oceanarium are all within a 5-minute walk, and the MRT station is even closer. In general, although the water park ticket is given, the stay experience will be better if breakfast is included!

The room is very old, the door gap is very large, the light from the corridor penetrates the door gap and affects the sleep. The front desk service is morning and evening shifts, some services are good, some services are very average, very indifferent, the room of more than 4,000 is not cost-effective, it feels the same as the domestic express hotel. The mini bar in the room is full of dust... The small refrigerator is very loud, in short, not recommended.

The hotel facilities are very good and the bed is comfortable. Downstairs is the Place of Interest Plaza. It is very convenient to go to the Aquarium and Universal Studios. It is also convenient to eat. There are Chinese restaurants and Chinese reception at the front desk. Check-in is stress-free.
