Staff are very nice. Facilities are good. The room is clean and tidy. It is around 5 mins walk from Somerset station. Overall, it is good for family.

As a frequent guests until recently. Frontliners Pen and Gerald were unprofessional in discharging their duties. We articulated to them that perhaps we should consider being a regular, the staff in question casually said, “Okay!” Staff distracted by usage of personal device whilst on duty. This is unbecoming service which you must agree is unacceptable!

The Indian staff at the reception is very rude. I would never stay in this hotel ever again.

Location is so close to Orchard Road, just a few minutes walk to the MTR station, very convenient. Breakfast is simple but enough.

Nice little hotel with breakfast enough to conquer the city. Excellent service, friendly staffs, family friendly. There are coin washers & dryers, each cycle costs sgd 8. There's coin exchange machine also. Free flow ice cube, bottled water by requests. Jet spray on toilets, nice hot shower, compact bathroom.

Hotel’s location was ideal. Close to shops from high-end to budget souvenir stuff. Close to grocery and shopping malls as well as restaurants. Would stay here again next time.

Great location at the famous Orchard Road. Easy assess for MRT or buses to go around. Although room size is not spacious but ample for moving around. I only hope that the hair dryer can be used not just in the bathroom and it’s too big and heavy for styling. Other than that everything is good. Breakfast is considered good to start in the morning. We give extra credit to Ms. Wang who works at the registered stand and helped around in the restaurant. She is very friendly and helpful. We’ll choose this hotel again when we Revisit Singapore next time!
