Have decided to extend another extra night as we have not rested enough.As per usual, we have enjoyed our stay comfortably completely. It was very relaxed and we have also enjoyed ourselves very much. We have made full usage of the amenities also. Have also taken notice that there is a Welcome Drink Cart, which we find that it is a warm and nice gesture to welcome all the hotel guest and to also to quench our thirst at the same time. Have ate my favorite butter cake from Divine Cafe and have also enjoyed our drinks from Breez Bar. Will be checking out the restaurants on some other days as l have recently signed up as an Accor Plus Member lately. Was glad and happy to know that there are currently many upcoming exclusive promotions taking place. Nevertheless, we look forward to our next stay over here for a StayCation soon. Thank you.

The room size is quite generous for a Singaporean hotel, much larger than what you'd get at a Holiday Inn Express for the same price. It was very clean, and the service was standard. The facilities are a bit dated, and the swimming pool isn't very big. Taking a shower in the bathtub is really inconvenient. There are no USB charging ports in the room. However, the location is incredibly convenient, right next to the subway. Across the street, there's a large shopping mall and a huge hawker center with all sorts of snacks and fruits, including durian, which is cheaper than in the city center.

It was a very pleasant stay 4D3N at Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore. Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded to a bigger room for free by a staff member named Yoomin, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable 🤍 Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient: • About 15 minutes from Changi Airport • Marine Parade MRT station just 2 minutes walk • Hawker centre around 5 minutes walk • Parkway Parade Mall just across the road • East Coast Park about 10 minutes walk The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel, besides the great location, was the breakfast buffet and it did not disappoint. The breakfast spread was nice, and the restaurant staff were very friendly, one of that I remember her name is Syah, who made the breakfast experience even more pleasant. In terms of accessibility to attractions: • 10 minutes to Suntec City • 20 minutes to Universal Studios Singapore • 30 minutes to Mandai Wildlife Reserve Overall, both the kids and I were very satisfied with our stay. Comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly , definitely a great choice when visiting Singapore

This hotel is quite good. It has a pool and is about a 5-minute walk to the Straits of Malacca Forest Park, which is very convenient. On weekends, many people gather for picnics and camping by the sea. The hotel rooms have ironing facilities, but you need to bring your own comb. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The hotel room is huge and the bed is super comfy. I had great sleep every night. The breakfast was ok, typical hotel  food. The front desk was very polite and helpful. For the price I paid, it is worth every penny. Will stay again if I come back next time.

The front desk service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. Seeing that we had a child with us, they upgraded our room for free and even provided an extra bed at no charge. The room hygiene was great, and there are self-service water dispensers on every floor. It's really good value for money.

This hotel review is genuinely positive. The room was clean and tidy. We were a party of three, and they provided an extra bed free of charge. The indoor space was spacious and open. All the amenities were comprehensive: toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, slippers, bath towels, bathrobes, and hand soap were all provided. There was also a refrigerator and a drying rack, so we didn't need to bring any daily essentials ourselves. The staff could communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English, so there were no language barriers. The location offers excellent transportation advantages, with a subway and bus stop right outside. Taking bus 10 to the city center offered pleasant scenery along the way. Bus 36 goes directly to Changi Airport, making travel to and from the airport convenient and stress-free. There's a hawker center nearby with a wide variety of dining options, and we could easily buy delicacies like durian, mango, and bread. It was very convenient for food shopping. The hotel also has an outdoor pool on the rooftop, but unfortunately, our schedule was too tight to experience it. Overall, the stay was excellent, and it was very convenient for both travel and daily life. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: The desk was a good size for working, and the room was spacious. The location was convenient for transportation. Cons: The breakfast buffet was too heavily seasoned and not very tasty.

Our experience is quite good. Location is great as it is accessible, near to mrt station and also walking distance to east coast park where there are lots of activities to choose from. Breakfast buffet is okay not too many food options but overall is satisfying.

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright. The front desk staff were very gentle, always smiling, and answered all our questions patiently. Although they didn't speak Chinese, they would carefully read and respond to our queries when translated into English. We were given a free upgrade to a family room, perfect for two adults and a child, featuring a 1.8-meter king bed and a 1-meter single bed. The hotel was renovated in 2024, so it looks good – not brand new with that harsh renovation smell, but not old-fashioned either. The room was very large, and the soundproofing was excellent; we weren't disturbed at all during our four-night stay. It was very comfortable for three people. The bathroom was about 5 square meters, with a shower over the tub. The water temperature was adjustable and stable, and toiletries were provided. There's a mini-fridge in the room, which kept our food fresh until the next day. A safe and a kettle are also available. Drinking water is provided in the hallway, and you don't need an adapter as domestic plugs work here. The hotel entrance is just a one-minute walk to MRT Exit 2. If you exit from MRT Exit 1, you'll find a local hawker center with many Chinese-owned eateries. Getting to Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay, and Chinatown is very convenient, all within 5-6 stops. In short: the hotel's decor is good, the room size is appropriate, and the location is great for both transportation and dining. We often saw airline crew and foreign guests staying here. The pool isn't huge, but it's commendably clean.

I was ther with my husband and 3 months old baby. The hotel room is clean and big enough for us, hotel also prepared baby cot for my baby. Good service and location, will stay again soon

Mrt marine parade and parkway parade mall just in front of the hotel. Direct bus to airport is just 90m walking. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Very good location.

Went to Roxy for mayday long weekend so that we can go beach plus nearby shopping. We like the sofabed which my girl slept on. It’s spacious and convenient. Bathroom is abit dated with no removable shower hose and the basin is those cold and hot mixer knobs. But happy to have a tub for the family to soak in will visit again when the price and timing is right :) The staff was v thoughtful to arrange the plush toys after the room cleaning
