Size of the room is small but acceptable. The bed is comfortable but the air conditioner is a bit noisy and appears to be dusty. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurant nearby. 5-10 minute walking distance from the nearest MRT station. As it is raining almost everyday in Singapore, the acoustics have to be further improved as I was waken up by heavy rain one night due to the rain noise outside. Slippers are not provided but fresh bottled water is available everyday which is nice.
Overall it is a budget and fair choice if you wish to stay close to city centre.

The hotel’s common areas were well-maintained, though some parts could use a little refreshing. I also had some issues with the air conditioning, which didn’t seem to cool the room properly.
Overall, this hotel is a good option if you’re looking for something basic and functional, but it didn’t exceed my expectations in terms of comfort or service. For the price, I feel there are other options in the area that might offer a better experience.

Everything was ok but there was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. Our fault that we did not report to management and request for a different room. We were just too tired from our day that we did not have the energy to switch. Hope they fix this.

Nice hotel nice view staff very good cleaning also very good breakfast time to time is nice every day they are changing the dishes I enjoy my stay there I hope next time I will would like to book the same hotel

My cousin had a wonderful stay at J8 Hotel,. The location is perfect with easy access for public. Light healthy breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful. Our room was cozy and had a nice. They said will back. Thank you.
