Crowne Plaza CHANGI AIRPORT by IHG

The room was bright and spacious, with all the amenities one could wish for. The view from the window overlooked a beautiful pool, which was well-designed with separate areas catering to both adults and children. A covered walkway from the hotel leads directly to Jewel Changi, a large shopping and leisure complex, where the stunning light show, dining options, and transport links are seamlessly integrated – a truly exceptional design concept. Check-in was incredibly convenient, just a three to five-minute walk, especially useful for early morning flights.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport (an IHG Hotel) was fantastic! Our room faced the runway, and my kids were absolutely thrilled watching planes all day. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake, which was a lovely surprise for them. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; both check-in and check-out were seamless and made us feel very welcome. The facilities and environment are excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we have a layover. A big thank you to the front desk team for their wonderful service!

The environment here is absolutely beautiful, though I didn't have enough time to experience everything, like the swimming pool. Seeing the lush, green pool and a few Caucasians jumping in made me so jealous! I had originally booked for three breakfasts, and honestly, they were pretty average. I mean, compared to other five-star hotels, nothing really blew me away. Or maybe it's just my small appetite; I usually just have coffee, which is fine. It's not noisy at all; the soundproofing is quite good. I booked the runway view room, and my little one loved it! The service was very good, and it's super close to the airport! You literally step out and you're at T3. Taking the subway and everything else is very convenient! I really went out of my way to see the Jewel Changi Waterfall! I'd highly recommend it for early morning flights, as mine was a late-night one!

The service was excellent, and the place was clean and tidy. Facilities: Clean, neat, and new. Hygiene: Very clean and well-maintained. Environment: Comfortable with plenty of space. Service: The front desk staff had a fantastic attitude. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

The room was spacious enough, with a business desk perfect for working or for kids to do their homework (the desk lamp providing extra light was a really nice touch). The location is super convenient for the airport, and the food and accommodation were excellent. Highly recommended! The only minor issue was an occasional buzzing sound from the water pressure, which sometimes disturbed our rest, but everything else was great!

Just a few minutes' walk from the terminal, check-in was quick. The room was a bit dated but very clean. The view of the tarmac from the window was a nice experience. All the staff were very courteous and polite. An older Chinese gentleman saw me queuing to store my luggage and kindly called someone to help me, even telling me about the shopping mall.

This is a great airport hotel! The price was a bit high for summer, but its location can't be beat. It's on the same level after immigration, all the way down, and just a step away from the famous giant slide, which makes it super convenient for layovers. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially a Chinese-American student who immediately found my lost luggage during check-in and brought it back to my room – a huge thank you to them! Most of the diners at the hotel restaurant seemed to be European and American. I didn't eat there myself because I was busy experiencing the celebrity airport, but I'll try it next time. When there was a leak near the wardrobe, the hotel staff promptly sent someone to fix it, which was quite good. I'd definitely recommend this to friends needing a layover or an airport stay!
