Coliwoo Orchard - Co-Living Serviced Apartments

I’ve stayed at two other Coliwoo properties before, and this was my third. Unfortunately, it left the lowest overall impression among the three. I understood that cleaning would only be provided once during a one-week stay, but the room was barely cleaned. I also noticed several small insects crawling on the wall. The limited amenities (like body soap) were not replenished either. There was a shared area used by several rooms, and it often had an unpleasant smell. Another downside was the elevator situation—there were too few elevators for the number of rooms and floors, so the waiting time was frequently very long. On the positive side, although the listing said there was no washing machine, there was a simple one in the room, and there were also free-to-use machines in the common area, which was convenient.

The location is amazing, only 5 mins walk to the mall. Highly recommended if you're planning to stay for at least 2 weeks

This place is only for student.Place very very sml. if you have claustrophobia, this is not your place. They come with nothing you have to buy your own shampoo, shower gel, Tissue’s paper n washing detergent you have to share  washing machine  every 10 day they change the bed sheet and pillowcases no service in your room while you stay there.

Stayed for a month, the room space is just adequate for two people. Room service is available once a week. The gym is small but with enough to use. The admin is very responsive and helpful. There are house rules like no washing after 10pm. 5-10min walk to orchard malls and orchard MR station.
