Super location and good food and the restaurant.  Avoid the downstairs dungeon room where I ended up.

Warm welcome. Rooms were clean. Neighbors could be easily heard walking on the floor overhead. Roof leaked on one of the bedrooms, but another room was quickly offered. Didn't like that additional fees were charged upon arrival, which were not indicated on Trip.com

Food was excellent, we enjoyed the breakfast, a Super Omelette well done and tasty, the bar had many selections. We went the second week of October and the beach was not that clean, there were many seaweeds at the edge.

My wife had a muscle and clam lunch and I had a salad which was very fresh.. My wife loved the clams and the sauce.

Staff was extremely welcoming, we had a toddler and a puppy and we got in very late. Security was waiting for us and helped us to our room. The staff was wonderful with my overtired toddler and showed him how to feed the fish and helped us with the puppy. Having pool toys there was a huge bonus as was having the puppy in the bar so we could eat.

The bathroom shower had hair on the wall tiles and floors were clearly not cleaned prior to us getting our room. The rooms are so dated, cracked tiles and old bedding and furniture. Time for an update! Staff is friendly and a great location.

It’s quirky, but a good value. Most of staff seemed unhappy. Food was very good. Construction at a standstill. Bikes were great to have to get some provisions on welfare Ed. $7 for a bottle of water at property, and they advise not to drink the tap water. It’s a 3 star hotel, so don’t expect the Ritz.

Unwelcoming check-in. Non-existent service. Pouring rain and an empty restaurant was ‘booked.’ Unable to get water on site. The list goes on and on. An absolute disaster stay, and we hold ******* responsible for having ratings that send people into this mess. The worst hotel experience we’ve had in recent memory. Everyone should be warned this is a dying condo club that is not for outsiders.
