The hotel located 10 km from IKEA. The front door man so not welcoming,no eye contact. I booked the hotel through trip.com but he strongly said that my name was not there. After 10 minutes then he just realised my name was in data.. Carpet along the rooms were smelly. No key for toilet so not suitable for families with many kids. Towel provided also was tear. Everything else were ok but the hotel need to improve the cleanliness and tidiness

Happy staying here, the best staying here where it is located in a city that have mall, shops, next to Hospital, another hotel, banks and many type of facilities here and been provided. Always staying here, Sometimes we feel tired facing traffic jammed on the road.

very bad hotel. Expensive price but cleanliness, equipment like a cheap hotel. dirty bathroom. too much hair everywhere. like there is no room cleaning. two torn bath towels like rags. TV is there but there is no remote to turn on the TV. ask the receiption, the answer is that there is no remote and it cannot be on TV. the receiption is not helpful at all, not friendly. 😠😠😠😠ðŸ˜

A lot of things need improvement
I come at 4pm. Room not ready and they ask to wait for another 15 min. After got the room, it’s not properly cleaned. Room condition is old and not maintained. Bath towel is torn. Floor is dirty and worn out.
Also in lobby the sofa for guest is very dusty & old. No more comfort to ait in the sofa. Iron board is placed in front lift every floor but the condition for iron board is so old. Scare to use the iron.
