MAKE SURE you take photos and videos before you check out to proof your innocent! The management will scam you with damaged items in the room and charge you for damage and incidental on your card! I called to ask about the charge nicely and the manager quickly accused you of broking the item and got provoked very quickly and will not even let you finish a sentence. The manager said he will send me the picture proof and quickly hang up without even asking for my email address. Not until I call back several times, he finally picked up the call and write down my email address to send the picture.
Otherwise, good room and location. Terrible management! I will not go back nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hot tub and great pool. I wish checkouts were at noon but I've never been anywhere that you could checkout that late

We usually stay at this hotel when we pass through the area. There is typically an Indian couple (I assume the owners) there who are friendly, warm and hospitable. When I see that couple, the place is clean, inviting, and there is a plentiful hot breakfast.
This last trip, I did not see that couple around and there was a noticeable change in service.
The most noticeable was that of the hotel staff in the green shirts. They ate most of the breakfast before we even got down (around 8am).
In most hotels I have stayed in, staff usually eats once breakfast ends for the guests. I thought it was pretty rude that they took over the breakfast space so early and ate everything.
It kinda sucks when you pay for/come to expect a certain level of service from an establishment and don’t get what you pay for.

The general manager was very rude every time we interacted with him. The night front desk staff lady was lovely though. Our room keys didn’t work had to get a new one every time we had to get a new one. The sliding door in our room had putty or something in it preventing it from closing all the way or locking. The room was alright just in need of updating. The outdoor hot tub was nice and the pool

Do not stay here. There were kids running above us most of the night. Our room still had trash from the guests before us. The sliding door doesn't lock. The whole room just felt gross. The fire alarm was hanging by wires from the ceiling. The paint was patched on all walls and ceiling. It was gross.

The hotel was great for the most part. Nice clean room, comfortable bed. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because they run out of a lot of things for breakfast by 8:30 and wouldn’t restock it.
