Our stay started out on the wrong foot immediately as the person who checked us in had an attitude from the minute he spoke. We could see that he was in a hurry and was very annoyed at most of what we said. He rushed off to the back and i had to quickly catch him to ask about restaurants that delivered!
The worst thing was when i realized there were only down pillows in the room. I went down to the desk to tell him i needed the fiber fill so he went to the back for a minute and told me that unfortunately, there weren't any available. I started to get very upset and said "I AM ALLERGIC TO DOWN! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO"? He had a look of OK, i guess i should get some, and after a few checking some things , or not, he said he would bring them to me within 20 minutes from another room. He did come to my room quickly, but just to be sure, i checked the pillows and they were ALL DOWN! The feathers were coming out of every one of the 3 pillows he brought me!!
Finally, when i checked out in the AM, a custodian had to alert the person on duty that i was there after i waited several minutes, because she and other people were laughing and talking about something, which is fine, but she was in such a hurry to get back to the others she didn't even ask how the stay was!
The room was ok, there was a cobweb behind the TV and only 1 regular coffee pod for 2 people, which made me wonder if anyone had really paid attention and if the sheets were really clean.
Probably would pick another hotel
