Very clean, convenient. Would stay there again. Very friendly staff

Had to move a room 3 times due to a faulty tv and keycards not working. Staff was very helpful though.

There is so much to say here. The side door of the hotel was unlocked and rusted completely through on the bottom, so it felt unsafe. The smell of **** permeated the entire hallway. The toilet was running, the sink was dripping and the bathtub was covered in rust. We ended up leaving 10 mins after we arrived. The young man at the front desk. Was apologetic and pleasant. It was not his fault but that helpful was awful!

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast area and options were limited or empty

Brad was the best. Made my check in process fast and easy and I appreciated that because I was so exhausted, great employee! The room was good too in my opinion.

Was Very Happy and they always take care of there customers. I have stayed there many times.

This hotel is a part of a chain of hotels so I expected a certain standard of excellence. We get there after filling everything out online we were asked to do so on paper. Not once in any hotel have we ever had to fill anything other than maybe the car information out. The woman at the front desk was very unpleasant and seemed to be inconvenienced by us being there. We get to our room and immediately there is a smell of mold and mildew. Figure it's only one night so we'll deal. When my girlfriend went to shower she noticed that the shower head was coated in a mineral substance, mold on the floor, and a dirty hand towel hidden behind our clean towels. She immediately threw the towel into the hall. The pool area was drenched and slippery. No clean towels to dry off and there were wet footprints going down the hall. My girlfriend was in a boot with an ankle injury and she needed to soak her foot and was at risk of falling due to lack of maintainance in that area or the area immediately outside. Claimed they had breakfast but there was maybe a small amount of mufflins and cereal. The cost of the hotel for the quality of the room and staff are not worth even half of what we paid. Not to mention our TV was set to Spanish audio and we were awakon by an alarm at 6 am that we didn't set. Clear they don't care about their guests.

I did not like that you charge a $30 fee for early arrival when there was only a handful of cars in the parking lot.
