The hotel was fine, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, housekeeping came to my room 3 times during the morning, interrupting my stay. The 1st time was before 8:30 AM. I'm not sure when the 2nd time happened but the 3rd time happened an hour before I was scheduled to check out of my room (12 PM). The second visit was while I was sleeping. House keeping entered the room and only left after I responded that the room was still occupied. I had also left items in the room (2 necklaces) I contacted "lost and found" was sent to voicemail and have yet to receive a call or email about a case or a report. I included a phone number and email to contact me.

Attractive property. It was possible to make the room dark, which helped us sleep past sunrise. The breakfast was $16/person which was reasonable all things considered.

Check in on Christmas night was fine other than we were unaware of $20 parking fee. Coffee maker in the room did not work and was promptly replaced. Upon returning back the second night, pajama top was missing and reported to front desk - housekeeping gone for the night. The next morning we spoke to front desk clerk at checkout but housekeeping had not arrived. It has been two days with no follow up. We had to ask the clerk to comp us for parking - he only offered one day, but that is all we used. Yet we have been charged for two. The room was clean and comfortable, but lack of customer service is problematic.

This could have been a really great stay if it weren't for the condition of the hotel. The staff was courteous and professional. My room was comfortable (I had a kind of suite). However, the hotel is very much in need of repair. shabby carpets, corroded faucets and pipes, etc., took away from what was mostly a good experience.

We stayed here for a wedding nearby. It was a 5 minute drive. We were going to book at another property, but by the time my group was ready to book, this was less expensive. However, I mistook this property for the other and booked it because I thought they offered a free continental breakfast. It is not free. It's $16.99 per person. However, the breakfast os exactly the sams as a continental. I was greatly disappointed by that because we spent $40 (tip included) for a beyond basic breakfast that's not conducive to someone watching calories. Otherwise, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the front desk person that worked the night shift was kind and hospitable. And the room was clean. I recommend staying here but go out for breakfast.
