Great for families and low key sport trips. Enjoyed very much the kindness, speed and efficacy of all staff, be it in the restaurants, the bar, the spa, the reception etc Breakfast buffet is nice with different bready options, a protein bar including cheese, different types of ham, salmon or trout, hummus, cottage cheese. And of course all kind of grains and muesli. Also always bacon/sausage/ some type of prepared egg. Ideally some kind of fresh fruit or kiwi orange or banana not just the preprepared fruit salad would be nice. Room (for three) was nicely renovated and functional. Very clean. Well isolated. Comfy beds. Wellness area is fabulous and the sports massage was great. Dinner (half board) was not bad at all (we are from France so our benchmark is pretty high). In particular the fish was tasty. Also the vegetarian option was pretty original. A lot of regional recipes which is great. However once you have been allocated a table for dinner you are stuck there. We stayed for a week and suffered quite a bit from the busy and noisy (it’s the corner with the super huge family tables - the last two evenings we literally fled the extreme noise) corner right next to the kitchen we had been allocated on day one even as many much nicer tables were available later during the week in quieter corners of the pretty large dining room. Shame as we came for a quiet vacation and large groups of drunk parents not able to control their kids spoiled our evenings.

The hotel amd stagf was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. In the two days we were there, we must've gone to front desk 10 times with different questions and they were always helpful. The hotel is also conveniently locates to the bus stop, cable station and shops. There is a wonderfulill farm near by Cresta Farm that is also worth a visit for fresh milk and cheese.

Little attention from the managers to the customers, sometimes with aggressive dynamics towards me because I am dissatisfied with the quality of the food. In a week I only had intestinal problems with continuous flatuence. In the dishes practically the meat just present instead the mushrooms from the jars full of preservatives abounded in the dishes, salty food of poor quality. I have never eaten so badly in the 53 years of existence. The evaluation for the food remains very low. After booking the last chance for Sils Maria we found ourselves without an open air swimming pool, they say due to the energy crisis. Question to the manager?! Why were the rooms bursting with heat, instead of lowering the temperature, you left the tub running in the open air?! In my opinion the hotel is poorly managed. Following these dynamics the managers have shown their incompetence in managing this facility. The dining room staff nice and kind even if someone showed the character expressed in arrogance. Therefore, the behavior of the restaurant and hotel manager should be considered, changing the quality of the food such as the display of the salad buffet similar to the "social cellars" as well as the food served. Never again!

Good 3 star hotel. Situated at Sils Maria which is about 20 minutes up the valley from St Moritz by bus. The bus stop is nearby and there are regular buses covered by your ski pass. Also next to walking paths up the quiet and scenic Fex Valley. Good reception. I had a quiet room on 3rd floor overlooking trees and the spa centre. Excellent breakfast. Took us a bit of time to realise that of the 2 menus for dinner, one was dietetic. Helpful serving staff. Choice of fish, meat and vegetarian with lovely salads, soups and an hours d’oeuvre and puddings/ cheese. Strangely had to pay extra for tap water in addition to the the carafe of water that came with a bottle of wine.

Beautiful setting with spa, hiking, and outdoor sports. So many things to do in walking distance I could not mention them all. Duplex room was spacious and we appreciated bed fir kids on delegate floor. Restaurant was great, dinner and breakfast. Would love to go back.

We stayed in this hotel when it wasn’t still part of the Arenas group. We loved the location but didn’t like the service. During our recent stay, however, the service of staff in the dining areas was excellent! Staff at the reception were efficient but lack warmth. Anyway, it was a pleasant surprise that the service improved. The service in our once favorite hotel in Wengen significantly deteriorated when Arenas took over.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Küche und freundlichem Personal. Besonders die Halbpension ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch ist der Ort Sils Maria wirklich sehr schön. Die Skigebiete hatten Mitte März noch sehr guten Schnee und waren nicht voll. Auch sind die Langlaufmöglichkeiten "grenzenlos".

Nach einer 2 Stunden und 40 Minuten Autofahrt kommen wir im Hotel Resort in Sils-Maria an. Der Check-in war schnell und freundlich und unser Zimmer war bereit (obwohl wir 1 Stunde zu früh waren). Das Zimmer im 3. Stock war warm, sauber und komfortabel. Balkon mit Blick auf das Dorf und die Berge entlang des Tals. Das Bett ist sehr bequem mit einer leichten, warmen Duvet. Der Wellnessbereich ist sauber und verfügt über ein Sollbad, Whirlpool und Sauna mit genügend Handtüchern und Ruhe- und Entspannungsbereichen, was perfekt war nach einem Tag in der Kälte, der Erkundung der schönen Engadiner Berge und Landschaft und vor dem Abendessen. Das Frühstück / Abendessen Restaurant fehlt Dekoration (wir waren an einem Tisch im hinteren Bereich ohne Fenster platziert und erinnerte mich tatsächlich an einen Bahnhof Wartesaal), aber das Essen und der Service machte dies wieder wett. Das Abendmenü (Halbpension) war eine gute Auswahl, einschliesslich eines viergängigen vegetarischen Menüs. Das Personal im Speisesaal ist höflich und aufmerksam. Der Hotelkomplex verfügt auch über zwei Spielzimmer (für verschiedene Altersgruppen), einen Darts-Raum, ein Kino und eine Bar. Wir hatten einen Drink in der Bar. Eine gute Auswahl an alkoholischen und nicht-alkoholischen Getränken, Cocktails und Bieren. Die Bar ist hübsch dekoriert und sehr gross. Leider waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Der Barmann hat uns tolle Cocktails gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine Auswahl an Speisen, die nichts auslässt. Eine erstaunliche Auswahl an Broten, Wurst, Käse, Porridge, Eiern (gekocht, Rührei, Ommlette), Kaffee, Tee.......die Auswahl ist endlos und der beste Start in den Tag in den Bergen. Insgesamt kann ich das Arenas Resort Schweizerhof in Sils-Maria sehr empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderschön, in der Nähe vom Piz Corvatsch, Silvaplana und St. Moritz. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal, das unser langes Wochenende zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt gemacht hat.

Perfektes Hotel! Sehr gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, der Barfußweg war ein Muss und belebend für Körper und Geist. Das Solbad war extrem angenehm und wohltuend. Wir wurden exzellent bewirtet, und das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🏨🍽️🚶♂️🌅😊🌺
