🚗 交通：泗洪地區不大，交通很便利，是自己開車。
🧹衞生：新酒店，衞生相對到位
🔔服務：服務意識很強，外賣都可以送上門，有小機器人，服務很熱情
建議：廁紙品質和酒店品質不太符合建議換厚一些的。枕頭有些塌，我們四個小夥伴都反映枕頭品質不太夠。沐浴液和洗頭液建議備雙份，不夠用。

出差一天，開元APP上預訂需要提前付款就改到攜程預訂。酒店是新開的，還比較濃的裝修味道。房間設施倒還不錯，套房價格也便宜。沒有會員專用通道，沒有享受任何的會員待遇，連攜程上預訂有的水果也沒有贈送。早餐不錯👍

在酒店住了幾次了，整體感覺硬件和服務都很到位，細節比較打動人，特別感謝前台主管小朱，給我們升級了一個採光很好的房間，讓人感覺到賓客如歸的服務，酒店的早餐味道很好，品種也齊全，做的很細緻，👏

環境很好 ，鬧中取靜酒店停車也很方便，早餐的品種很多，味道也不錯，餐廳的環境也很奢華，前台工作人員的服務態度也很好，禮賓小哥哥也很熱心幫忙拿行李並且耐心的給我介紹酒店的服務設施和當地的風土人情。期待下次的入住😋

大堂有淡淡的香味，服務員都能主動的打招呼問好，休息區也很多，服務生熱情上前幫我們開車門，真有賓至如歸的感覺。總枱人員微笑、熱情、高效服務，彬彬有禮，細緻入微，服務態度非常好，每個服務人員都很好，很快很及時，服務熱情，主動升級了房間，下次還會再來的！

前台服務員很熱情，免費贈送了水果。整個服務流程快速便捷。房間設施環境温馨，做房大姐服務也好，很熱情。預訂了5個房間，第二天結賬時發現同行的2個朋友沒有入住，也給予退費處理。總體很棒，值得再次選擇。

酒店服務很好，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，很貼心，住的時候送了禮包，有水果，非常貼心！！升級了高樓層房間，環境舒適，設施還算可以，有送物機器人哦！配套設施也比較新，是個新酒店，早餐廳很豐富，當地的麪條和鍋貼超好吃，這個價位，在泗洪性價比高，還是開元大品牌
