This is quite an underrated hotel, given the excellent service provision throughout my stay. It is located within walking distance from Bupyeong Station. The front desk staff were very courteous and could communicate effectively in English Language. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with a bathtub inside - rewarded myself with a little bath with a bath bomb on my last night! The breakfast was decent but delicious enough, consisting of a simple buffet spread with typical Korean dishes together with a choice of fruits, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen staff will bow and express their appreciation to guests after each breakfast service - a little greeting which heartened my morning. There are also conference and meeting rooms available for rent (for B2B guests, each sold separately). Each room is equipped with a television and wi-fi connectivity, although the internet speed and bandwidth can vary despite the 5G wi-fi network. The room was also spacious enough for 1 to 2 occupants, with a view of the subway. Rest assured that the windows are soundproof, so ongoing overnight maintenance works on the tracks would not disrupt your slumber. Love the comfortable pyjamas that guests can self-collect at the Storey 1 lobby (if necessary), together with the in-room slippers. Amenities (e.g. shampoo, hair conditioner and bath foam etc.) are also provided. Not only will I strongly recommend this hotel to you, but I would also wish to have the opportunity to rent their properties again during my next trip to Korea or Japan. Excellent facilities. Reception spoke English and well located to shops and KTX station. I used the laundry facilities and even other patrons we’re super friendly and obliging. For a non Korean language speaker all signs had English versions. Bathroom was very clean with nice toilets and bath. Shower sprayed all over the bath and can overflow onto the floor. Excellent extras with green tea and coffee with kettle. No sugar or milk so if you want that you need to buy it. Overall I recommend the stay at La Casa Hotel Gwangmyeong.

My parents and relatives like this hotel very much. Comfortable and near mtr station. Very good location. 3 mins to mtr and next to restaurant street and bar. But very good and silent environment, not chaos. Reasonable price. Good dor business trip family trip or couple trip.

📍Location: A big advantage was that it was located right in front of Songdo Central Park and was connected to Lotte Mart. The weather was warmer than expected, so it was nice to take a walk in Senpak. 📍Facilities: It was generally clean, and since it was a hotel targeting long-term stays, it was well equipped with tableware, kitchen facilities, washing machines, etc., making it suitable for a family trip. The room itself was large and well separated, so even families could have fun. We were a family of 4, so we requested a room with a table for 6, and the table was very large, so we were able to bring our dinner and use it :) From the masking room, you could see Central Park straight ahead, and the night view was also nice. However, I thought it would be better if I came on a day without fine dust.

It was so clean and Netflix was good! I have a year-end party with my boyfriend and I have a good time.

The parking lot is convenient and the room is so good. Instead, there is no food around, so I recommend buying it on the way. The delivery fee is enormous.

It's newly built, so it's neat and clean. It's a residence, so it's nice that there are kitchen utensils and a large wooden table. It's nice that there's a veranda, so you can ventilate the air conditioner. It's a system where you get the room password online and go straight to the room from the parking lot. The weekday price is good value for money, so it's good for a quiet rest.

I chose this place for the purpose of resting, and I think the location wouldn't be bad if you have a car. The facilities were clean and it was great to be alone. It was especially cool at night when the wind blew haha. Although I didn't do laundry, I had all the laundry and cooking utensils, so I had fun just staying in the accommodation without having to go out! However, when watching YouTube, the IDs of people you previously used remain, so I think it would be a good idea to get rid of them right away! And the partial ocean view only gives you half the ocean view, so I want to make a reservation for the full ocean view next time.

The service at the front desk is warm, and some waiters can speak Chinese. The room is clean and tidy, and the shower is very comfortable. There are complete restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding business district. There is also a forest park that is a good place for morning exercises. It is very convenient to travel within 10 minutes walk from the subway station.

Very, very good hotel. I hope I have the opportunity to go there again in the future. The room has an unparalleled sea view, is very quiet and clean, and is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. The front desk service is very friendly. On the day we left the hotel, he called a car for us, took us downstairs, and told the driver where we wanted to go. Hardware and software services are top-notch!
