Chan Boutique

A warmly welcome up on arrival then proceed to the room without. Sadly for the boutique as need more tourists to come…Simple breakfast with refillable coffee, not buffet style but can order from their fixed menu.  Toilet could be improved as it’s not in a good service flow.  The staff at breakfast were very helpful.

Nice and peaceful and happy with friends and loved

A very nice hotel room ruined by poor cleaning standards. Chinese and cambodian people need to understand that cleaning it's not just mopping and polishing. You need to descale, scrub, bleach. When i got in the room it smelled musty, mildewy, there was water on the floor, probably the fridge was leaking. The bathtub was disgusting, the corners were all dirty, the floor seal was mouldy, the toilet seat was grey and cracked, the pillows uncomfortable and smelly.

Affordable price

Based on the picture of breakfast, I thought thé provided breakfast shall be buffet but I received a plate of meal in stead. Thé hotel shall mentioned this so the customer will not disappointed.

Hotel location is beside the beach, breakfast is simple, front desk is friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. But the air conditioner seemed a little old and wasn’t cooling the room very well. Hopefully, it can be checked or upgraded to make the stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was still pleasant.
