After many years we came back to the Jugi at Tuner Lake. The contact was quickly made and the answers came in advance quickly. We were warmly welcomed and the team made a effort to make us feel well. Although it was a little fresh in the jugi (there is no heating), but we knew that already. The two dinners (night and breakfast) were very generously tabled as a buffet. Only that put through the night rest we wished tonight. Because in Stübli was played very long and noisy. But otherwise I can recommend this jugi for Romatics/Dreamers, but also as a starting point for the Bernian Oberland.

Clean room, very friendly staff, super view, perfect for a night during the journey holidays negative points are that it is very ringhound. You hear almost everything from the room next door. And the beds are cracking right.

Friendly reception despite early check-in. The rooms are small, but all equipped for a short stay. Breakfast takes place in a conference room and offers something to start in the day. Spiez is a pretty town and this is a pretty hotel. We travelled as a family and had two adjacent rooms. Our purpose was to take part in the triathlon in Thun and it’s very hard to get hotel rooms so we were lucky and had the last two rooms, facing the street rather than the lake, but we could go to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the view. It was quiet and comfortable, the food was very good (the owners are Italian and Swedish) and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is relatively small, the town may be relatively small, the scenery is okay, like a bigger one, it is recommended not to choose this Spiez in the town. It ’s okay. I came to Switzerland again because I came to work in Lautenbronn last time and then went to the Jungfrau. So I wanted to have a different experience this time. When I saw the Interlaken Hotel, I found this lake lodge hostel, a youth hostel in Isertwald. After viewing the map, I found that it was on the edge of Lake Brienz. The hotel was also on the lakeside, and set up a trip with friends. Two families, four big and two small. Istrewald is located on the east side of Interlaken, directly from Interlaken ost train station by bus 103. Each hour of 05 minutes is the bus departure time, every hour, about 20 minutes. Isertwald is a small village, but the scenery is beautiful, with few tourists and very quiet. Upon arrival, I went directly to the hotel. The hotel owner is a young couple, very friendly, the hotel has a great view and the balcony is facing the lake. But the hotel is a wooden structure, and everything should be soft and afraid of affecting others. The hotel has a kitchen, kitchen utensils and cutlery that can be used at will. I didn't see the supermarket here, so I can take it from the big supermarket in Interlaken ost station. The hotel has a free bus card to pick up and drop off to Interlaken. This time I took the drone and took a lot of beautiful lake views and the video of Isertwald. There are a lot of wild swans in Lake Brienz. The swan is not afraid of people. In short, this is a very beautiful and quiet village.

We stayed here for a few nights towards the end of October. It was such a welcoming and cosy place - we loved our stay. There are spectacular views from the hotel and the rooms are homey and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the owners are wonderful and providing suggestions and advice on activities around the area. The town was quiet due to the season closing but we did try some great restaurants near by the hotel. Our hosts were so welcoming and love making the stay special for guests with lots of lovely touches throughout our stay. Definitely book in the hot spa if you get a chance - very relaxing and magical. Thank you to our lovely and welcoming hosts Dani and Linda for making such a wonderful experience for us.

I stayed here in August with two friends - we loved our room and were fortunate enough to get a balcony and view of the mountains - not that we stayed in room much as there is so much to see around the area ! But it was beautiful to wake up to ! Like the previous reviewer I was a little worried by some previous negative reviews ….. but be assured Hotel Chalet Swiss is rustic and charming and spotlessly clean and the staff were all wonderful - from front desk to kitchen staff We had a family room / triple room - and as it is chalet style - yes it will be an older style - but very clean and good shower and the beds were very comfy and they provided fans - it could still be hot but most people could open windows for breeze .. we didn’t only as mosquitoes seem to love our pale Northern Irish skin 😂 The breakfast was lovely and the ladies serving ( or organising some guests who seemed more clueless at moving around a small buffet space !) were brilliant ( they accommodated my need for oat milk as I was staying for 6 days which was so appreciated) the breakfast had a large variety of cereals , fruit , fresh bread and croissants and bread for toasting and lots of jams or spreads , cold hams and cheeses and scrambled egg and a coffee machine ( for those that say there wasn’t enough variety we were there for 6 days and even me who was more limited being dairy free - was still very happy with my breakfasts - and view from breakfast most days …. Now I’m home my own breakfast feels inadequate 😂 The staff were very helpful and the guy we were speaking to ( might have been the owner ?) on our last day was so interesting with a wealth of knowledge of the travel industry and changes he’s seen - sorry we couldn’t have listened to more of his tales ! ( the hotel also accommodated us checking out in am and providing left luggage storage before catching train back to Zurich in afternoon which meant we could make most of our last day ) The hotel is very convenient to Interlaken West - ( even with cases !) and also very handy to a Co-op supermarket which became our place to stock up on food / snacks for lunch - en route to the train for that days adventures . You can easily walk into Interlaken from the hotel but I highly recommend walking by the river ( it’s turquoise and you won’t believe it till you see it !) which takes you all the way to Interlaken Ost train station and to Harder Kulm All in all we loved our stay in Interlaken and would highly recommend this hotel !

Love this hotel, the environment is very good, family and friends are very happy, the two families travel together, came to this hotel, I feel really coming
