The location is great but the amenities like the shower is broken and leaking. It’s very hard to take a shower as very little water coming out from the shower head. I checked in by myself at 12 and the hotel gave me access code and left room card at the reception for me, however when I asked if I can check out late they said “Well I could have charged the room and provide no code, but this is not how I do business, I was just stating I’m super accomodating and flexible in general but unfortunately this late check out it’s not possibile.“ the attitude could be improved for sure.

Receptionist is super helpful and friendly.  Great location.  However it was very noisy at night as you can hear people shouting from the streets. Other than that, all good!

It’s amazing hotel ,in the town , and close to every where .

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, within walking distance of all the sights. If you arrive after reception hours (in winter, only until 4:00 PM, if I remember correctly), you'll have to wait a bit to gain access (you have to call and WhatsApp, and they offered me a room in the adjacent building, as it's a chain hotel). However, the hosts were very friendly and accommodated me, pushing back my check-out time the next day by a couple of hours. The room is simple and basic, so if you don't have high expectations, it might be suitable for you.

Accommodation in the heart of Siena's old town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The building was old, but the rooms and bathrooms were clean. During my stay, there happened to be a university graduation ceremony, filling the entire town of Siena with a joyful atmosphere that lasted until late at night. The town is quite large and worth spending a whole day exploring its architecture.

The hotel is very well located. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, looking out for our comfort and recommending places to visit. The hotel rooms have somewhat dated furniture and decor. The common room is lovely, with a small balcony. Everything was very clean.

The location is great! It's worth the price. Don't expect great facilities. The door is stiff and requires some skill to unlock (but it's OK from a security standpoint). The towels are sheets, which is a bit confusing at first. Perhaps it's for environmental conservation. More than half of the water leaks from the base of the shower head, which reduces the water pressure. The air conditioning has two fan speed settings, making it difficult to adjust. Also, it's quite noisy, which makes it a bit uncomfortable. Anyway, it's a great hotel in a great location and reasonably priced!

The hotel is located in the center, the staff is enthusiastic and helpful, the room is a bit small and has few electrical outlets.

Its main selling point is its proximity to the center of Siena. Please be careful not to arrive late. It took me a while to find out that the bus stop for the bus to Siena center was 200m to the left, across the road, after purchasing a ticket at the Siena Station kiosk. It was a short walk from the bus stop in Siena center to the hotel.

Although it is actually a hotel, it is very nice because it is located next to Piazza del Campo in the center of Siena. I also recommend the Moutyi pizza restaurant at the entrance to the alley!
